This rental was great for a family. The room set up was perfect. The pool was a hit with kids. Communication was great with Rental Manager. Location was easy to get to Lake Tahoe and Heavenly.

This is our 2nd time staying here! We absolutely love it! The indoor pool, hot tub and theater is a plus!!

Been coming to Tahoe annually for the past 15 years and have stayed at many different properties over those years. This was our 2nd year in a row at this place and it does not disappoint! It's our favorite to date and would highly recommend it. We are excited to visit it again in the future.

As ad states. Great ski house and great location. Hot tub and pool were clean. Bathrooms could use updating but were sufficient.

This property truly had everything one could ask for when visiting Lake Tahoe. The spacious house, the solitude feeling, the nature filled backyard, and the selection of amenities truly made this feel like a First Class visit. Luckily, we didn’t encounter any bears, but we did notice a coyote late at night! 10/10 would recommend for a group. I want to go back!

The property was just as advertised. There was plenty of space for 8 adults and 5 kids. There was peace and quiet on the property. It was a 10-15 minute drive to the heart of S. Lake Tahoe. The kitchen was spacious and all of us could work around the center island. Going in we knew there was no air conditioner. Maybe there could be more portable fans available because it was warm during the day. I highly recommend.

This a very nice house. I could leave it at that, but there are some caveats. The housekeeping crew needs to do a better job of cleaning out cobwebs. They are EVERYWHERE and it’s a little gross. Also, the house does not have air conditioning. Although it states that “it’s a mountain climate and AC is not needed”, that’s BS. The window screens are torn so we couldn’t open windows at night for fresh air. Also, there are no screens on the sliding doors so we couldn’t even leave doors open for air because of the bugs. It’s August…and it’s HOT! Huge miss. The property is old and needs updating, but the house does the job. The appliances work as they should. The indoor pool is a nice addition and the movie room is decent. For what you pay, you should expect more updates.

Yes, the house is older but it’s very clean. All the amenities are in working order (pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub). The kitchen is well equipped with all the gadgets you can think of, even rice cooker! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails at the end of the street. Grocery stores are 10 mins drive for any last minute needs. Thank you for sharing your place.

Everyone loved the facilities and the wilderness area behind the cabin. As well as access to the lake, trails and town. There was something for everyone; pool table, swimming pool, sauna, jaquzie, tv’s and movie room.. we are looking forward to next year.

Our stay at the propert was amazing! We were a totally of 14 people and the place accommodated everyone well. Everyone loved the indoor pool and theatre. The kitchen was also really well stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Will definitely be coming back!

The house is great for large families. The pool and sauna were great!! The Screen in the theater room did not work but after we called, they sent a tech out and fixed it. Communication with the property manager was awesome. She got back to us right away. The washing machine did not work but we found out on our last night (they were going to call the handyman but we were leaving and said it was not a problem but they should know). Overall the place was good for our family get together.

The home has a ton of potential to be amazing but was missing on a lot of basic things that made the stay less than ideal. Understandably, we were there during a heat wave and the house doesn’t have air conditioning but lots of the air vents don’t blow air while trying to cool the house down and some of the bedroom window screens were damaged and the sliding glass doors don’t have screens so we couldn’t open the windows or doors without letting in bugs so it was uncomfortably hot at night. The theater is cool but there’s only cable box and a dvd player but no dvds. There’s a place to plug in your own device to stream your own movies but wasn’t advised to bring our own device ahead of time. The stove burners were unstable and difficult to cook on. There weren’t any extra linens. One of the toilets was barely functional, they did send someone out to get it useable but was told by the repair man that the toilet needed to be removed to properly repair it. But couldn’t work around the activities we had already scheduled and paid for on our vacation. The pool, sauna, and steam room were awesome and enjoyed by us all. Again the home would be incredible with some attention to detail but our experience was unfortunately less than ideal.

This place was even better than the photos! Before we checked in communication with the host was always very prompt with accurate answers. It worked out perfectly for our 50th anniversary family event. Thanks!

We booked this home for the wedding party for our best friends’ wedding this past weekend. It is a lovely home tucked in the woods about a 15 minute drive from Lake Tahoe. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for our group of 13 to all sleep and gather comfortably. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna! It is worth noting that they take the 10pm noise cutoff very seriously, and there are several postings stating that if there is a noise complaint you will have 2 hours to vacate the property. I assume they have had some issues with loud groups upsetting neighbors in the past. If you’re looking for a party pad, this may not be the right rental for you, but I would highly recommend it for any gathering where you can keep the noise down after 10, or at least keep it inside!

Great place for our family!

We loved all the amenities from the spa on the very private deck to the pool and sauna and the theater room was a hit too. Watched a UFC fight and everyone had a good comfortable seat. Kitchen nicely set up and Nice pots and pans. Great home. Thank you for sharing.
