The quintessential Rendezvous Mountain retreat, Moose Creek Townhome 12 envelopes guests in convenience and comfort. The townhome welcomes with its slate foyer and coat closet. Descend half a flight of stairs and find a washer/dryer, garage and one bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV and ensuite slate-tiled bathroom.

On the main floor, a cathedral ceiling soars above an open floor plan living area. The gourmet kitchen – outfitted with stainless steel appliances and dark granite countertops – fans into the dining and living areas. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats eight. A towering stone fireplace anchors the great room, furnished with leather seating and an entertainment armoire. Picture windows suffuse the space with natural light. Rustic hardwood floors tie the rooms together, as does the array of Western art and memorabilia. Glass doors open onto a patio with a gas grill and hot tub.

Also on the main floor: a bedroom with two lodgepole pine twin beds, TV/DVD player and a nearby bathroom with a tub and shower.

Perched on the top floor, the master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, king sleigh bed and French doors opening unto a private deck with mountain views. The ensuite bath boasts a double marble vanity, glass shower/tub, walk-in closet and tall windows.
Moose Creek Townhomes come with complimentary access to the nearby Sundance Tennis and Swim Club, and sit a short stroll away from the boutiques, bars and restaurants that make Teton Village a bustling place to be year-round. Nestled at the base of Rendezvous Mountain on the southern end of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, these townhomes are steps away from the Moose Creek chairlift. A shuttle links guests with the rest of the resort base area (also within walking distance).

    Great property and outstanding location for access to Grand Teton National Park. Property management was excellent with no problems experienced during our stay. The property was clean, well appointed and maintained. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended if you're looking for a rental in Teton Village.

    House was clean and spacious for the six of us. Kitchen had what we needed for the most part. Some more medium size sauce pans would be nice.

    Great property and wonderful communication and response from property manager. Well stocked kitchen and a lot of space. The 10 am checkout was the only part which I would extend.

    My family just returned from spending Christmas at Moose Creek in Jackson Hole and we had an amazing time. The photos and description of the property are spot on accurate. We had 8 total - 2 grandparents, 4 adults and 2 tweens and we fit comfortably. The unit is in a great location. There’s a chair lift steps from the door and the shuttle into Teton Village stops there too, which is a 5 minute ride to the mountain base, restaurants, shops, etc. the town of Jackson is about a 20-30 minute drive with no traffic. We were there to ski so didn’t make it to any of the national parks but those are also about 20-30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning on staying there on our next trip to JH

    This was a wonderful location with plenty of space for our family, and a really well-equipped kitchen, which is our strong preference when we travel. We would definitely stay there again. The pool and tennis court amenities were also a nice addition.

    This Moose Creek condo in Teton Village was the perfect place to stay for a weeklong family vacation in Jackson Hole to kick off the summer season. The location is close to the Granite Canyon entrance to Grand Teton National Park, which meant we were less than 20 minutes by car from the trailheads in the southern area of the park. Service from the Jackson Hole Resort staff who manage the property was excellent from beginning to end. I appreciated the proactive communication that began a week before we checked in, and continued throughout our stay. Mike and his team were always available to answer questions, and when a planned activity became unavailable, Mike went above and beyond to personally help us arrange alternative plans for the day. 5-star service, for sure. Would definitely stay here again, summer or winter. This would be a fantastic property to rent during ski season.

    Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Moose Creek 12 in March. So close to the lift which made it easy. Everything was as described and communication was very easy and host super responsive. Would recommend!
