Jesse's Place - Magnolia/Baylor/Downtown Waco

It was very convenient to Magnolia and other things we enjoyed. The place was recently remodeled and very nice.

Our family of 6 stayed for 3 nights during a recent trip to Texas. We did day trips to Austin and Fort Worth from Waco. The property description was accurate; the house is super cute and very clean! As others mentioned in their reviews the location is great if you are in town to visit the Silos or Baylor. A few of the surrounding streets are still going through revitalization. With that said we greatly appreciated the gated driveway for added privacy and security. But we note that at no time did we feel unsafe. Our kids very much enjoyed the basketball hoop, yard game, and covered outdoor seating area. We would definitely recommend this home to others. The only thing we felt we were missing in our stay were wash cloths and a few more pillows. But really the house was perfect. We went to a Baylor baseball game, went to the park along the river, spent hours at the Silos, designed hats at Ranch Hat Bar, visited the Dr. Pepper Museum, ate at Terry Black’s, Magnolia Table, Cappuccino Cafe, Magnolia Press and Silo Bakery for coffee and treats and even did a Whataburger and In & Out taste test. Day trips with easy drives to Austin for shopping and sights as well as Fort Worth for Stockyard and bull riding event at the Cowboy Coliseum. Really enjoyed our visit!

We loved this rental. We travel extensively and stay in many vacation rentals. This is one of the best. What we loved: 1. Location. Just great. Walk almost anywhere you want to go.2. Cleanliness. Super clean. No problems at all.3. Amenities. The house was wonderdully prepped with coffee, snacks, and a wonderful back patio and picnic area. 4. Communication. Prompt, professional, and helpful.This is our first choice next time we are in Waco.

Great host, comfy beds, awesome location!

Jesse’s place was such a warm, cozy, and beautiful home. Me and my family really enjoyed the outdoor space with corn hole and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds and arcade game. The kitchen was fully stocked and the big island was a nice touch. Easy access to just about everything was a plus! All furniture was very comfortable. Definitely will stay here again! We stayed for 2 nights and the property was clean, comfortable, and well thought out with special details. We would definitely return here again in the future… especially for a longer stay!

This place is ADORABLE! They had chips and salsa waiting for us when we arrived. I took my daughter and her friends for a birthday weekend trip and it fit us comfortably. The neighborhood was a little questionable but otherwise I would highly recommend this place. They have it done so cute on the inside and it was nice and cool!

This beautiful home housed two families with small children and this place truly was our home away from home. They had everything we could potentially need for cooking meals. The house was clean and kid friendly. Location was perfect and safe. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This property was so cute and cozy! Accommodations were represented accurately. We had an issue with the ice maker but the property manager had a bag of ice to us in about 30 minutes! Cleaning company needs to check the shower dispenser more often but we had our own shampoo and soap so we were fine. We were in a good location and close to the attractions we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again!!!

It was a great stay! Communication was timely and clear, house was organized with provisions available, and house was clean and inviting!

We spent 3 nights at Jesse’s Place and it was great for our family. The kids loved the bunk room with the arcade game. The outdoor basketball hoop and corn hole boards made for fun evenings. Location is about a 6 minute walk to the silos. Neighborhood is going through revitalization but the property was safe and the area was quiet. Property looks just like the pictures and full of all you need for a longer stay recommend for anyone visiting Waco!

Great little house to stay for Baylor activities. Very clean and well equipped. Easy to find location near both downtown Waco and Baylor. Loved our stay!

What a wonderful time we had with our family and friends! Everything was super clean and comfy, and the property manager was super responsive with any issues that we had! It was very close to Baylor‘s campus and lots of things we could walk to. Including the Silos!!

Jesse's Place was a great place to stay in Waco. Great location, close to campus, downtown and the football stadium. Clean, quiet and super easy to work with. We hope to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Jesse’s place during Baylor’s Homecoming! It was very spacious for our small party of 3, but the backyard was a big bonus - with the basketball hoop and seating we were outside every night, and the quaint front porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The neighborhood is very quiet to, even being close to the freeway. I liked that part because we could access Baylor and downtown very quickly. We will definitely stay again!

Had a great time exploring Waco and surrounding area on motorcycles. Dr Pepper and Texas Rangers museums plus excellent food. What a treat!

We had a wonderful weekend visiting our kids at Baylor! Jesse’s place is a great location close to Baylor, Magnolia, and many food options. We appreciate being able to park behind the gate. We’d definitely stay here again!

This rental is quaint, comfortable and clean! The perfect Waco rental home! Communication from the host was amazing! The house was well appointed with almost anything you could need!

We came in for a quick Baylor game weekend with my family of five and grandma! This house is a great location very clean, and easy to get into and out of! We loved the safety aspect since it was completely enclosed because of the back gate/driveway. Our kids LOVED the bunk room, with the arcade game and other fun games located in the house! I LOVED the fact that there was a pack and play in the house, so we didn't have to travel with ours! It was very comfortable and easy to get to and from on all of our adventures. Thanks for an easy and effortless stay!

We loved everything about this house. The location was great- walking distance to Magnolia and 3 minute drive to Baylor. The house was clean, spacious and full of charm. The owners left some chips and salsa for us to enjoy and it was my favorite snack each day. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Waco.

This place is a MUST stay! The hosts are phenomenal to work with. There were unexpected treats when we arrived which made us feel welcomed and special! The location is close to everything Magnolia and a short distance to all the good restaurants and shopping. If you’re not familiar with Waco, the neighborhood is mixed with older and newly renovated houses. It’s not a bad area. You’ll definitely feel safe on the property and even with apartments across the street, it was quiet at night. I’d absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Needed a place for four ladies and this place was perfect with 3 bedrooms two bathrooms and one room have two sets of bunk beds. Great location to the Silos and restaurants. Waco has areas that are being revitalized and this is one of them. This house was gated all around but tight getting in and out. My only 4/5 would be the sketchy houses two doors down but that is no fault of owner as others are starting to tear down and rebuild. Very close to the new Laquinta and right near the interstate made location convenient. Kitchen area was wonderful and modern. Would stay here again.
