Just 3 blocks from downtown, this cozy cottage is a perfect place to relax and listen to the birds. It features a screened in porch and back deck, firepit, hammock, and shared pool (shared with our bed and breakfast next door). It boasts a unique split design with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. We also offer a golf cart rental for our guests.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Very nice area. We walked to a local food place that had some good food. The house was decorated very nicely. We loved how cool it was upon walking in especially since the weather is still hot.Cimmincation with the owner was very informative.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We had a wonderful trip! The cottage was so cute and very nice to stay in. Jennifer was incredibly helpful and responsive. Laurel was a delightful town to visit. Highly recommend this property and also DJ at Bolton tours for an entertaining tour. The Lauren Rodger's museum was amazing

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Such a cozy cottage with so much room! Three of us loved staying there and touring the town. Jennifer was a wonderful host who gave us information about what to do around town. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck watching the antics of the neighbor’s pups. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Jul 16, 2024I was blown away, as soon as I opened the door! It smelled so good and it had such an inviting vibe. Jennifer has put so much time and thought into meeting the needs of the guests. It is beautifully decorated and the furniture is so comfortable! The pool is amazing!! Even the set up around the pool screamed pure excellence! I highly recommend Jennifer's cottage!!

Stayed May 25, 2024Jenny and John made our stay extra special! The cottage is beautiful, the pool was a perfect way to cool off in the hot afternoon and being invited to an impromptu dinner was unexpected and delicious! We will come again!
