Jekyll Island is state owned, and as such, development of the island is restricted to only 35% of the island creating a very quiet, laid-back atmosphere. If you want to 'get away from it all,' this is the place! The beaches are relatively undisturbed, and summer is a great time to see the huge sea turtles come onto the beach to lay their eggs.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024The property is located near beach access. The neighbors were quiet and we were visited by occasional wildlife. The property suited the needs of 3 adults perfectly. The owner was very responsive and friendly.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024The house was wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable. The A/C works great! The only downside was the beach access across the street had missing stairs, so we had to walk down another 3-4 blocks for a beach access walkway that had proper stairs. Definitely not the property owners fault, just a miniscule inconvenience

Stayed May 27, 2024We love visiting Jekyll Island and this is our second time staying at this home! It was great both times. There is plenty of space, plenty of linens, washer/dryer, access to the beach. The air conditioner went out the first night we arrived and it was handled very quickly! Check in and Check out was easy! 100% would reccomend staying here. We may come back for a 3rd time in the next few years!
