Part of what was so endearing about the home are the design elements that have been lost in most other homes are preserved and beautiful in this space. We loved it!

Stayed Mar 11, 2025This is a lovely home in a good neighborhood close to El Cerrito, Albany, and Berkeley, and handy to the Richmond bridge. Nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, nice TV room, lovely parlor, two nice bedrooms, washer, dryer. Great deck with a fountain, lemon tree, flowers.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024This home had many thoughtful little things that made it easy to stay there- tissues besides the bed, nice kitchen, printer in office, close to bart but quiet, place to park, and so on. It is as described- full of antiques and decorations. The bed was very comfortable, hot shower plus bathtub. Our stay was nice.

Stayed May 9, 2024Everything we needed for meal prep is available. Beds are comfortable. The back patio is a nice view while eating in the dining area. I just did not like taking the trash out to the street on trash day. In one of the rooms (not sure about the other room), plugs is hard to access for charging. There's an extension cord available but I did not see it until we're almost leaving. Instruction binder for the property just needs to add availability of extension cord. We enjoyed our stay here. We would come back.
