JACKSON HOME- Most luxurious vacation home in OP

Host communication was good. One reason we booked this house was the coffee bar and there was no coffee. It was clear the coffee bar had not been stocked in awhile. We also booked for the pool and season porch. The inflatables were strewn all over the yard and dirty. The patio furniture was too dirty to lounge on (wet & smelled like an after party). The house had limited towels, no toilet paper and no extra blankets for a cool Florida weekend. There were TVs in all rooms and the couch was comfortable. The counter bar seats were too unstable to use. Does come with plenty of dishes and cookware. Overall it got us through the weekend because we were there for an event but would not be great if we were spending a lot of time there. All the restaurants and stores needed within a short distance.

Great house and location. We loved staying at this property. Plenty of room for family. So close and convenient to stores and restaurants. We left feeling relaxed and I will definitely miss the pool. Thank you

Beautiful, updated modern, family friendly our 13 & 11 year olds had a blast in the well keeped pool. Would recommend anyone looking for a home to rent

Great home

Beautiful home for our family to enjoy as we spent five fun filled days in the Orange Park area. There was plenty of room for all of us to not feel like we were in each other’s space. The Screened in, outdoor lanai was perfect for our evening gatherings. The pool was enjoyed by all! The neighborhood was convenient to restaurants and stores and most importantly safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

A great choice for a short term stay that has the basic essentials! The pool / outside area is where we spent most of our time with our kids!

It's a beautiful property but it needs more cleaning and cleaning supplements. There were some very dirty parts of the house.

This is my first negative review of a property through VRBO I contacted the host several times VRBO also called and left a msg & emailed the host for two days I finally got a response after 6 days When my GPS said we had arrived at the home I was shocked There were a dozen garbage bags in the front yard The mail box is rusted and door on the front of it is torn off so the house number cannot be displayed The code we were given did not work I had to call the host and she opened the property remotely She sent a new code later that day The description of this house is 10/10 Exceptional The most luxurious vacation home in OP The cleanliness of this property was 2 The carpet in the living room is filthy There were stains on the comforter in one of the rooms The oven was dirty The bathtub did not drain when you took a shower and it has mold There was food & trash on the floor of the porch The vertical blinds were missing slats in both the living room and master bedroom so you could not close them for privacy The glass furniture in the living room is cracked and had candle wax dripped on it There is exposed electrical in the ceiling of the kitchen The pots and pans were nasty The remote for the living room TV did not have batteries The yard was in complete neglect the pool area needs pressure washing Lots of junk in the side yard The condition of home & yard convinced us not to use the pool Very Disappointed!
