This newly constructed East Jackson house (Jackson Hole, Wyoming) sits in the quiet, family friendly “Gill Addition” neighborhood, an easy walk to the iconic Jackson Town Square, with abundant shopping, dining, and nearby activities. Completed in 2023, this new home includes many state of the art smart home features (Nest thermostats, keypad front door and garage door controls, Crestron lighting and sound, Amazon Echo/Alexa devices, and other passive smart home technology like MoenFlo water monitoring, MyQ automatic adjustable garage door closure, and outdoor security cameras). Prioritizing privacy, there is no video or audio that monitors inside the home. Homeowners live in the area, and are available to personally welcome you during your stay, and want you to feel like it’s your home during your stay. If needed, any maintenance or visits to the house by owner or our service providers will be arranged in advance.

Our home boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, plus a recreation room that can sleep two on a convertible LoveSac sofa. The four bedrooms include a king bed, a bunk bed (full and twin mattresses, another full bed, and sofa beds (one queen, and one LoveSac that can be arranged for different sleeping configurations). Guests can refresh in any of the 6 bathrooms, some featuring showers, bathtubs, and a heated bidet toilet seat in the primary bedroom.

The brilliant living room and front sitting room offer extra space, perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends. With heating, AC and a gas fireplace in the main living room, the house stays comfortable year-round. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying a quiet morning, this amazing home provides a pleasant retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

The large chef’s kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a variety of workspaces and includes a large commercial style refrigerator, two dishwashers, two ovens, 6-burner gas cooktop with hood, microwave, wet bar, beverage/wine chiller, in-sink disposer, instant hot water, combo K-cup and drip coffee maker, air fryer, slow cooker, soda stream, toaster oven, mixer, and one of multiple home workspaces.

Outdoor living at its best with a large wrap around deck off the kitchen with a gas BBQ and access to the large backyard. Sitting on the corner, the oversized lot (and a half), offers plenty of privacy and views from its covered front porch, two elevated roof decks, and large windows.

Garage parking is available for two vehicles, with room for additional vehicles in the driveway.
