Great area to stay unfortunately the house being on a busy street least of our worries. There’s three bedroom but only one master bedroom, with moldy shower. An odd 2nd bedroom with a large window fully exposing bathroom/shower/bath to entire back yard -our guests were horrified and shower fills with water, poor drainage. The 3rd bedroom/casita/shack had no hot water. The home was old and run down creaky doors, poo splatter on walls from toilet scrubbers. Bugs on the 2nd bedroom bathroom constantly having to kill/clean the bugs. NO coffee maker or coffee cups. NO window coverings in living/dining/kitchen. NO Hot tub. The outdoor gas bbq and hot tub gas lines had been cut off and was never repaired during our month stay. The outdoor furniture we had to drag out of a dirty hole was a disgusting mess. There is not a powder/guest bathroom, Just bathroom in each bedroom. The oven gave off a burnt plastic gas smell and the house stunk for 3 days. Didnt use it thereafter. The master bed was so concaved it was like a hammock on each side my husband and I had to buy a mattress for our stay it was so bad. Rental declined cost share for mattress. If we could have found another month rental on the spot we would have moved but thats a challenge with work & events schedule and company arriving so we had to make the best of it. In conclusion: things didnt work. Very poor response time/communication in general was dismissive. The extra expense+time+energy was disappointing.
