Stayed May 9, 2025Sheets in each room were very clean and the towels. Bathrooms okay. Diswasher not clean. The place was quite and okay. I did not use the kitchen. Rented the place for two 2 days but we were out at bloomington during the day.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025We are a swim family that was in town for the weekend for a big meet on the IU campus. The location couldn't have been more ideal. Client was very accomodating particularly with some unusual schedules. The only complaint was that it looked like the property hadn't been cleaned well so distracted from an otherwise positive experience.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024It's always nice to have a house where the pictures and the property are as described. The house was clean and nice to stay at and close to the campus where we could walk to. Good communication with the house owner also prior to our stay.

Stayed Aug 10, 2023Host was responsive and checked in on us next morning. Hot water, fast internet, clean sheets. The location is very convenient to downtown. Not a 5-star resort, but it served our needs well. Would rent again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2023Art is beautiful. Home is comfortable and Clint the host was responsive when we had issues finding the wifi password. Our only suggestion would be to put the smart lock at the front door for easier access.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023Clint is a friendly and responsive owner. The property is well located near downtown, and has a fun and funky vibe. The shaded backyard was beautiful for hanging out in the evenings with our dog. We would definitely stay here again!
