Great experience needs new bed

Whatvan amazing little.place, right next to hondo's on main, and a beautoful little wine courtyard the other side, beautiful, quaint, clean and the bed was amazing !!!! Love oir stay

The location was great! The unique architecture was stunning. Only issues was the bathroom and door. Not enough lighting and bath would not drain. The door lock entry was hard to open every time. Otherwise I loved our stay. If you can’t walk up stairs I would not recommend the top balcony. Overall very cute and charming.

Having Honda’s next door is not fun because of too much noise late at night with bands playing.

The room was comfortable and love the location. One item I would definitely want to see is a brighter light over the mirror in the bathroom. Too dim for applying make-up etc. I love my coffee in the morning while waiting for my husband to wake up. A better coffee than folgers would be appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Itz is right on the main street, which is wonderful. Loved the big balcony space, however, we could not figure out how to lock the door between the front and the back rooms. Drapery was shabby and looked old. New curtains would do wonders. Because it is next door to a restaurant and a busy street, there is considerable noise, but overall it was a nice place to stay.

This place was so charming! I loved every bit of it! My husband and I especially enjoyed our balcony view of Hondo’s live bands on Friday and Saturday night. We had our own private viewing and listening. We have found our new favorite place to stay in Fredericksburg.

My mother and I loved our stay at the front balcony suite! An idyllic space with easy walking access to all things great in FBG.

This is the perfect place to stay, within walking distance to almost everything. Loved the Weingarten downstairs. The room was so cozy and comfortable. We were there for our 30th wedding anniversary. First time to visit will highly recommend to our friends. Thank you

Overall, our stay was good. I was very pleased with location and being close to the main strip, but far enough away that it was fairly quiet (except for Hondos right next door and the street construction the last night). I was a little disappointed in the fact we couldn't bathe in the bathtub, which very easily could have been an oversight on my end when I booked the listing. Who knows. I'm a breastfeeding mom so having a fridge/freezer that is reliable is a big deal to me, so I was pretty upset when we got to our suite and the freezer wasn't operable. There wasn't any shampoo, and only three tiny bars of soap. I wish there would have been some bottles of water or something to fill the glasses up with, besides the sink. Bed was comfy. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location right on Main St, next to Hondo's. We loved this little condo, with the balcony. Had everything we needed inside. Also, comfy bed from a long day of walking Main St or wine tasting. Would stay here again!

Really enjoyed the charm and location of the Itz Inn. We will be back!

We stayed mid week and it was great. Property was clean, bed was comfy and overall very spacious. I would stay here again.
