It’s a beautiful renovated house with modern furniture and lovely decor.

I was sent the wrong address to the house. In addition, the house is a duplex (which was not mentioned anywhere on the description) and you can hear the adjoining people on the other side of the walls rather clearly.

The wrong address is listed so we were roaming around the wrong neighborhood across the highway for 20 minutes. We only found the correct address through a review. It smelled like weed inside the house. No checkout instructions were given so we just left everything as we found it. We messaged the host for instructions and never got a reply. It wasn’t very clean. I took my shoes off for about 15 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black.

I think the address is n instead of south

Communication with the property manager was extremely poor. Within 12 hours of booking requested a date change, and the property manager/owner was slow to respond and refused to accommodate any reasonable change. Spend your money elsewhere, there is definitely zero customer service here.

Received a call from property owner 3 days before trip asking if we still needed property, which we did. Owner has other renter currently in it that wanted to stay through our booking. Reassured owner we would be there as we were staying halfway through for the night before heading out the next day for our final dealstination.. I messaged owner at 3:55, 5 mins prior to check in asking for entry code and was told she canceled due to A/C issue.l the night before. We all know she kept the renter she had. Put us in a real bind and scrambling to find lodging with 8 people and a baby in our party. This was the week after Hurricane Ida so rooms were hard to come by and we ended up having to travel 3 more hours just to find a place to stay. I do NOT recommend.

Great place for family. We enjoyed our stay and found it safe and comfortable.

I only had one concern it was advertised as 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. It’s actually 2 properties and we did not have access to the whole property. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Will rent again.

Everything was nice ,clean,orderly and available. Left items at the house and was notified.. Honest Host!!
