It'll Do | Private Pool, Beach Front, Amazing View

Overall great property. Inconvenience by not having a dryer and not knowing there was not one to use broken. Not sure of cleanliness for washing items that needed to be washed prior to us checking in IE bedding and towels . Several Linens stained not sure if just dirty or permanently stained need to be changed out or washed well. Several items throughout the house broken or not working just needs maintenance TLC. Cabinet doors broken mounted microwave completely rusted interior remotes on wall for fans not working need new batteries and living space remote for sound system not working . Overall home is beautiful great location.

Within minutes of checking in, our feet were black with dirt and debris from filthy floors that hadn’t been properly cleaned. If you stopped too fast, you’d almost slip down! When we contacted management the next day, they had the nerve to tell us there was a broom and dust pan in the closet - as if we should clean up their mess! The “solution” after their assessment? We could hire our own cleaning service. This management company is SO cheap. For 8 people: ONE roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom (one missing entirely), one roll of cheap paper towels, one kitchen towel, no oven mitts, only 3 coffee cups, no coffee filters, watered down bath products, NO pool towels, and dead remotes.The slippery, dirty tile floors combined with zero shower mats or floor towels create a serious fall hazard - completely unsafe and irresponsible.The absent neighbor’s pool pump ran 24/7 with an obnoxious fan noise that ruined any attempt to enjoy the upper decks. Dried grout is scattered everywhere on the pool patio. No surprise that the house is also full of it. This property owner should reassess their management company. This was a nice house with great accommodations and a great view, but we won’t be booking with this management company again.

I will not stay at this residence again. No AC on the third floor and strong fish smell from the sink and fridge and a strong musty odor filled the house. The AC unit on the Second floor was set on 70 indicating someone knew the other unit wasn’t working. I called maintenance and it was repaired within 2 1/2 hours. Luckily not a huge headache. But the AC company used my personal bath towels without my permission to clean up his mess which included dirty, wet floor and equipment and his hands. They should bring supplies to clean up their mess. The rental agency poured bleach in the sink to resolve the fish oder. There are three decks and NONE of them are reachable from the rooms because all three door knobs did not work. One had a handle just hanging there. The rental person said they are on order. Did they wait for all three to stop working before placing the order? I doubt it. They’re not on order. You had to go down through the garage to get to the pool. The dryer does not dry. At this point we didn’t care to report more problems. The house is worth over 2M per Zillow but doesn’t not present as such and this house is NOT new as the description states. It is 10 years old. And it’s also NOT beachfront as a vacationer would think. Yes nothing is between the house and the beach, but it’s impassable dunes. You must walk out of the cul-de-sac past 4-5 homes then walk down a long boardwalk. About a 15 minute walk to reach the beach. One good comment the house was clean.

Beautiful large home in a perfect location with only a 5 minute (easy) walk to the beach and plenty of space for the family. Unobstructed view of the ocean and nice spot to watch the sunrise! Large kitchen with table big enough to fit 8 and living space big enough to accommodate our family. We also enjoyed our private pool in the evenings. Only downside was the home was not cleaned prior to our arrival and no sheets or blankets to use and sand everywhere. Someone arrived after 9pm with sheets but no clean blankets. The property manager was supportive of the situation and gave us a cleaning refund. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this one on our list for family beach trips!

It was a good experience

This house was apparently being remodeled but the company still decided to accept our reservation. Upon arrival at check in time, the house was dusty, the beds were not made, cabinet doors were broken. We weren’t told about the remodel until after getting in the house. I immediately contacted the rental company and although they were quick to put us in a new house it was just one thing after another. We ended up staying at the All Decked Out house which was a bigger house and still had a pool. The location was amazing. However, it was warm in the house the first night, the ceiling fans didn’t go higher than a low setting and we weren’t provided with any of the WiFi information, which wasn’t a big deal. But when we tried reaching out to the after hours number no one would answer. We would love to stay at the property again because of it’s location and amenities but just wish there wasn’t so many issues to get around.

Great place and great location. The pool is amazing and very clean

Pros: House was well kept. The back porch was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. Private pool was very nice. Cons: Pillows were HORRIBLE, so bad we bought new pillows at Walmart. The ice maker didn’t work. If you’re planning to do your own cooking be prepared to buy everything you need except a pot or pan. Beautiful house, great location, with exceptional views.

Nice property and beautiful house. Check in terrible, no relevant info for access code. Why not use the front door dor access, instead you need to go thru garage. Loose fittings,faucet, RUSTY microwave is ridiculous for the price.

This was such a beautiful home and in the most perfect location. The house was well equipped with the essentials.
