Stayed May 23, 2019No air conditioning. Unit was very nice, but surrounding property was a bit unkept. Pool was less than desirable.

Stayed Jan 21, 2026Everything is worn and slightly broken. For the cost I was expecting more upkeep. Lots of ants nightly coming in from three different spots. Found the ant killer spray and that took care of one of the entrances, seems like all the bug traps are luring them in.

Stayed Aug 25, 2025We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant place to land. Thank you to our hosts!
