Stayed Jan 31, 2026Great layout inside and out. It was a bit small for 8 adults since the weather was so cold and windy. We were unable to use outdoor area as much as we planned for living space.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025We had an excellent stay at this nice home in AMI. The house was very clean, both inside and out, and the location was perfect for our last-minute family trip. While smaller than some of the larger VRBOs we've rented on AMI, the well-designed backyard offered privacy and was a highlight of our stay. The rental team was professional and a pleasure to work with. The only minor note is that parking is tight, accommodating two cars and two golf carts. If you're charging a cart, bring two charging cords or a 100ft extension cord to reach the driveway. Overall, we highly recommend this home

Stayed Apr 30, 2025Everything you could want in a Vacation Home! Prefect location. We fished off the dock we enjoyed the pool and the backyard all week. Kitchen was well stopped, and the bedrooms were stunning.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Everything was incredible. So clean. Yard, pool , kitchen, games were so appreciated The alarm on one of the bidets went off in the middle of the night twice. We figured it out on our own. We notified the management company and they sent someone the next day who entered tenths house without being notified ahead of time and scared the teenaged girls who were there without adults. The repair man entered her bedroom We also had 2 pool people come on consecutive days treating the pool during the day and we were unable to use it for 2 hours each day. We told the second guy that someone had been there the day before and he had no idea who that was. Made us nervous that someone was casing the house

Stayed Feb 21, 2025It’s a great property! Very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard oasis on the canal and proximity to Bay Side Park. The staff were very accommodating when we had a glitch with the alarm and the TV.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a fabulous week we had at this home on Anna Maria Island. The home is clean, fresh (love the colors and decorations!) and in a very quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our family - loved that each room has a king bed and tv. We sat out in the dock, kayaked the canals (you can have the kayaks delivered right to the house), and cooled off in the pool several times a day. We loved being close to Bean Point Beach and many fun restaurants. Highly recommend the Waterfront Restaurant and Pizza Social. Drive down to the southern part of the island and hit the Daiquiri deck and putt putt next door. There's a Publix nearby - we even grilled out one day. Overall fantastic vacation! Highly recommend this home!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We loved the house! We brought our boat and were disappointed we couldn’t leave it in the driveway until check-in time as it’s very difficult to maneuver around the island on a very busy Saturday pulling a boat.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an excellent time at Island Therapy! This house was the perfect home base to explore Anna Maria Island! The landscaping was maintained like a beautiful park with the night lights making the backyard almost magical! Close to Bean Point, great restaurants and a convenient beach side park for the kids just a block away at Bayfront Park. Loved fishing off their boat dock, house was incredibly CLEAN, comfortable, updated, fun games and provided everything we needed and more! Thank you!
