Island Sol: Secluded 4 BR Paradise with Salt Water Pool, Walk to the Village

We had a great stay at Island Sol! Plenty of space for our party of 7 with everything we needed. The proximity to the village and beach made it easy to explore on foot or bike. What really stood out was the outdoor space. We all enjoyed the pool, outdoor living area and fire pit. The property itself offers a lot of privacy and is so peaceful and quiet when the sun goes down. We really loved it and will look forward to gettting back there some day. Also of note, Kassy, the host, was a great communicator and very flexible and easy to work with. A experience.

Kassy was a great host and the place was perfect for our girls trip! We were able to walk to the beach and out for dinner/drinks. All of our questions were answered quickly and Kassy helped us plan for our trip by making suggestions and telling us about the free trolley. The pool and house were exactly what we needed for our time away. The house had everything we needed and more. It was definitely one of the more “stocked” rentals I’ve stayed at over the years. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property was very nice and worked good for my family of 11. The property manager was always checking in to see if everything was in order.

My friends and I come to Siesta Key every year and this has been our favorite spot. It comfortably slept 11 people and it is close to the village and beach. The pool was perfect for when we weren't at the beach and the basement and ping pong table kept us entertained during the storm. Couldnt ask for a better beach rental.

We enjoyed our stay here! We ranged from a 1 year-old to late fifties, and it was a great fit for our family. It was nice to have several gathering spaces inside and outside of the home, and the walk through Siesta Key Village to the beach was do-able—especially because of the wagons provided with the home! We greatly appreciated all the chairs, wagons, bikes, floats (multiple options for our little ones!), and sand toys. We were also thankful for thepack-n’-play and Bumbo booster/high chair. The 3-story set-up allowed for the adults to hang out in the basement area while the kids slept undisturbed on the third floor. Kassie was very responsive and was great at communicating. Thanks for a great space to make memories!

From check in to check out this has been an amazing stay. We appreciate the great communication and wonderful home! We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice home, close to the beach. Only issue is with the pool. It gets dirty and it we called the maintenance guy to come and Clean it …. Great place

The spaciousness of the house allowed for people to gather in small or large groups. We were 8 plus an infant and everything about the house accommodated our needs. There were enough beach and lounge chairs, plenty of towels and the dining room table seated all of us comfortably. The pool was the perfect temperature despite some cool days. The walk to town and the beach was easy enough to do more than once a day. We did encounter some glitches with the mechanics of the house but Kassie was able to resolve them as quickly and responsively as humanly possible. She is value added to renting this property.
