Retreat to the expansive master bedroom, complete with a cozy queen bed, private ensuite, and its own 65-inch smart TV for ultimate relaxation. This single-level gem offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms (including a main bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet), and endless comfort.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have quiet enjoyment of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be revertedback to the standard checkout time of 10am.

HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.

The Taxes charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by HomeAway/Stayz and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by HomeAway/Stayz.

    The house itself is lovely but severely lacking in things like baking trays and so on so we had to eat out each night. The spa is unusable as fence is too close to spa so unless you are extremely skinny you can't get the lid off and even though I took a step with me there was no room for it unless I could jam the safety gate open so I have cancelled my booking for the New Year as this one was so disappointing and the spa desperately needed to be cleaned and the filters changed. So all I can honestly say is it was a lovely house but severely lacking everything else , even the games room was lacking just a couple of card games useable, even couch leg was broken in family room. So really not impressed with what I wasted my money on.

    My friends and I have been working a lot and so we looked for a place to relax and wind down. Luckily we found this accomodation because it was just perfect. Although our initial plan was to go out to the beaches to go fishing and sight seeing, the weather didn’t allow us to. But there were no worries because the accomodation provided us with all the fun activities we needed. We utilised the spa which was a nice treat, and played with a lot of the board games and ping pong table provided. Overall it was an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone looking at this property.
