Welcome to this beautiful 5-bedroom 3.5 bath house at the North End of the Island! This house offers a full view of the beach from the main windows in the bedrooms and the living areas! Upon arrival, you'll have a view of the Gulf that is breathtaking to anyone who walks in! As you arrive, you will be pulling up to the outdoor patio area with seating and an outside bar area to relax while having your toes in the sand! This house is also ocean front! The house has a fully equipped kitchen witheverything you'll need including all utensils, coffee maker, and dining sets - and yes, even a laundry room with a full-sized Washer and Dryer! The beautiful granite counters add to the very quality this property is known for, along with high-end tables, chairs, and artwork. The spacious dining/living room area has a spacious dining table for 12, a huge sofa with a big screen TV with High-Speed Internet service, along 3 additional chairs for extra seating! The spacious balconies have great views to relax while enjoying the sights of each sunset. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and even an office area to work from! The master also has an attached bathroom that has a beautiful walk-in shower, a makeup vanity, and a spacious countertop at the sink. Linens and beach towels are furnished for your use. The first guest bedroom has a Twin-Size bunk bed and a closet. The second, third, and fourth guest bedrooms all have King beds with a TV to enjoy while resting up! All guest bedrooms are right next to the guest bathrooms that have beautiful countertops and walk-in showers. The two guest bedrooms at the end of the hallway do share a jack-and-jill bathroom. This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Please note that even slight sounds between the 40 side's den and bathroom can be heard from the 30 side's master bathroom. For added privacy, we recommend that both units utilize noise machines—one placed in the 40 side's den and another in the 30 side's master bathroom. As a reminder, the two sides rent separately. The parking area and pool deck are shared spaces if both sides are occupied at the same time. Fmb Vaca Rentals manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions.
