Island Family Oasis with South Western Exposure!

This was an amazing trip for my family. My husband and I have 5 teenagers and this home fit us perfectly. The master suit is on the opposite side of the house from the two bedrooms and just far enough away from the third/study with bunk beds to allow privacy and peace from our (obnoxious children). The home was well equipped for your everyday needs and centrally located for a quick run to the store, shopping, restaurants. We enjoyed the kayaks they provided and did rent a couple paddle boards for a few trips down the canal. With easy access to 10 Thousand Island and Marco Beach. We did not heat the pool/spa as it was very hot outside and only used it to cool off and splash around with our kids. It’s very large and clean, with a perfect view of the canal and sunset. We had issues with the dock, but overlooked it due to the most recent hurricane. There is a lot of construction but none of it was bothersome from other homes getting fixed up. The neighbors were wonderful and friendly people who checked in often to see how fishing in the canal was. Overall this was an amazing place and we look forward to coming back to this home yearly! 10 out of 10 recommended for location, cleanliness, safety, and management was easy to communicate with and very prompt when we had questions!!!

Great house location and layout. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing on the dock. Plenty of room for our 6 person family. Fridge outside didn’t work, but we didn’t care. Great family vacation and wonderful memories

This was a wonderful vacation! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! If I were to search for any negatives… I’d say it should be a little better stocked with basic needs like toilet paper and dish soap. It could also have some entertainment like games dvd’s etc. Overall, it was great!!!

4.5 STARSThis house and location was amazing! Everything you could possibly want was there. My only reason for the 4.5 stars was the pool. We were there for 28 days and the water temperature was never warm enough to swim. Granted the weather was unseasonably cool so the water temp dropped each night, but the heater system never recovered. The spa worked great & was supposed to dump warm water into the pool & maybe in warmer months this would work great.

beautiful home completely furnished with everything we needed. Had a wonderful time in Marco and hope to return soon. Only thing missing was a door to the bathroom in the master bedroom.

This property is absolutely stunning! Great location, only a short drive to the beach. The pool area was the highlight for us! Heated pool with a jacuzzi attached, all accessible from the master bedroom and living room area. The master bedroom is gorgeous and has a massive shower and tub. It was just me and my husband, but this property would be wonderful for a big family trip with 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Our host, Sarah, was great! She would respond very quickly to any questions we had, and she was very accommodating! I highly recommend renting from this host, and we would gladly rebook in the future!

This property was perfect. It was immaculately clean, was in a great location and just as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again next year.

Great property-really enjoyed this location-on the water and close to pickleball and Mackle Park. We saw a shark and 2 dolphins during our stay. Pool and hot tub-best of all our annual stays!!

The home and the pool area/patio were beautiful, clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the sunsets over the waterway, and the fact that the kitchen was well-supplied with everything we needed.
