Island Escape: 5BR Home w/ Pool & Dock!

This was the perfect distance from the main beach. It was very quiet and private. The house was clean. The patio and pool area was large and clean. There were 9 of us staying there and plenty of space! The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the lack of trash bags and toilet paper available for a week stay. I think the renter should not have to buy extra of those things. With that said, we would definitely rent from them again!

This house was perfect for our group. A very quick walk to the beach (5 min or less), plenty of chairs, wagons, a cooler, and two umbrellas. There were 6 beach towels, so if you have more than 6 people, you may want to pack some extra towels. The house itself was beautiful. Plenty of space to gather and not feel crowded. The outdoor area was perfect. Our group loved the pool, hot tub and lounging areas. The downstairs leading out to the pool has a large counter area, fridge and bathroom so perfect for popping in for a beverage or snack. Quick 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers Beach area. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed every aspect of the house. We had our children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. Short walk to a beautiful beach that was not crowded at all. There were many extras with the house as well.

Six ladies enjoyed this beautiful house! We all had plenty of space and loved this end of Fort Myers Beach that was peaceful and away from the Margaritaville traffic. The beach was a two minute walk across the street and we appreciated the beach chairs and wagon that were available for our use. The pool and hot tub patio area was a wonderful way to relax and get some sun. Plenty of seating areas for everyone. The outdoor grill was one of the cleanest we've had at a rental. Property management was super friendly and responded quickly when contacted. We would definitely rent from this company again!

This house was an excellent choice for spring break with our kids! We had two families (and had plenty of room so we could have added a 3rd). The house is laid out for convenience i with plenty of common space to hang out, loved having so many beds and bathrooms so all the adults had their own en suite baths. Having an additional bathroom on both ground and main level made it so much more convenient when using the pool too! The pool is good sized although I would recommend heating it to a slightly warmer temp - kids were fine but too cold for these Texas mamas! Great location to the beach - it was an easy less than 5 min walk and the house had a cooler and wagon to make it easy for renters flying in without their own stuff! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of fridge space with the extra refrigerator downstairs - which also meant we didn't run out of ice!! The only thing we would have liked was more towels - their weren't ever enough beach or shower towels for our party of 9 - their were laundry machines so we could wash/dry them but no one wants to have to wash towels every single day on vacation. As for Fort Myers Beach - the area definitely doesn't look like it used to but it's recovering. There are plenty of options for food and places to go but it was sad to see all the property devastation. I'm guessing by this time next year though, it will be built back even better. Don't let it affect your beach plans though - the beach is great. There is no sign of the hurricanes at this particular property. Thanks Coastal Breeze for a wonderful trip!

We had the best time staying at Island Escape! The house was very clean, accommodating, and suited our group of 10! It was close proximity to the beach, and we used the beach items that were in the garage. The pool was nice and the hot tub was a bonus! Such a nice area to sit and relax as a group!

Perfectly situated close to the beach and out of the busy part of the island. Kids could safely ride bikes everywhere. House was gorgeous and super clean. Pool/hot tub was great for all ages. Corn hole was onsite and a hit with my kids. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon provided which was awesome. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing and relaxing stay. We enjoyed every bit. The only thing I would change is some new pillows. I would definitely rebook this place.

The house was exceptional for our family. 9 of us in total including 3 under 4. House and pool was perfect for our group. Beach is literally a 5 minute walk even for the young ones. House appears new and well provisioned for a group our size. We enjoyed it very much!

The amenities were fabulous. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beds and chairs were perfect. AC adequately cooled all levels. Kitchen was perfect for our group of six. Excellent location for easy access to anything on the beach. We would DEFINITELY rent again.
