We enjoyed using the electric scooters, and we rode the bikes to the public beach access daily. Also loved that the Racquet Center was down the street for tennis and pickleball. Our experience in this home was outstanding. The home was very nice and included several useful amenities. Being on the canal was great. We even saw a dolphin swimming! It was very quiet. Just like the bedrooms, the bathroom is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The master ensuite has one full bathroom with a luxe walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms are stocked with spa quality amenities and plush towels for your convenience and comfort.

The chef style kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host intimate dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and modern appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The inside dining table can seat up to 6, as well as the island area to seat 4.

There is a central living space upon entry of the home. It boasts comfortable seating for everyone in your party. There’s also a large flat-screen Smart TV.

There is a desk with WiFi printed located in the Master Suite should you need to do a little work during your visit.

While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the home also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to enjoy the island air from the lanai with the heated pool & spa. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down. There is large outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
