We loved the house. It was clean, well stocked and spacious. We loved that the beach access was right across the street, however this is not a beach for sitting/sun bathing, when the tide is in there is no beach. It was perfect for walking and finding sand dollars. It was a great house and location, just be prepared to drive a short distance if you plan to spend the day at the beach and play in the water.

The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils! The kitchen was well organized!!They had a selection of beach toys & chairs. The house was kid friendly (We had an 18 month old) but still adult friendly! We had 7 adults, a 17 year old, 8 year old & a 18 month old and we ALL had a GREAT week!!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Beach for sitting on is now a drive (or bike if not taking chairs/etc) away since waves come up to the brake wall across the street. Water is mucky (we were told due to stream now that comes into the beach) so we missed the whole swimming in blue ocean with dolphins while relaxing on beach which is why we used to come to Jekyll - but that is not the houses fault. The house was wonderful and had big table for games/cards/dinners. We will most likely not come back to Jekyll but it is not the accommodations fault (although the whole separate rental of linens is a pain)

The house is so well stocked with beach toys, bikes and kitchen necessities that we feel at home right away. Replacing the louvered doors was a bonus for privacy...thanks! We will be back!

House was great for our family of 10. Had hoped for more beach time, but tides didn’t cooperate. Loved having the bikes, chairs & beach toys. Thanks for sharing this house with us.

As always, my family and I are well pleased with our rental. As you can see from the photo, my family is adding a new member next summer. Your island is beautiful and it’s always a pleasure to rent through Jekyll Reality.
