Stayed Dec 27, 2023Property was fantastic and it was a 30 second walk to the Black Bear Poma! Perfect for our three days of skiing. Two Pines management was phenomenal when we encountered a hot water issue - they addressed it seamlessly and quickly and in a way that truly enhanced our experience, making us feel very well cared for. We were so appreciative of their very responsive team.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023The house itself was very nice and conveniently located to the ski slopes. The management company was tough to deal with. We called on arrival to say there was over 3 feet of hard snow in the driveway and the provided front door code does not work. While snow fell on our arrival day that does not explain the 3 feet of hard packed snow in the driveway, just the snow on the steps. The response: driveway is HOAs responsibility and owners often disable the front door code. No help was provided. There was even an amusing note asking that we park in the completely inaccessible garage. I've stayed in many VRBO houses and never before encountered such an unhelpful management company. Fortunately it was very sunny during our stay and much of the snow melted.

Stayed Mar 17, 2022We appreciated that we were just 250 feet from the poma lift. Loved the open kitchen with seating for 8 and wood burning fireplace!
