You'll love winding down in one of two living rooms and cooking in two full kitchens, each equipped with full-size appliances (including dishwashers!) and helpful cooking tools. The entire home is one floor, so getting around will be easy. Grilling outside on the private gas grill is always an option, of course. Relax out on the furnished patio, or recline indoors in central air conditioning. Of course, guests of this home can also enjoy access to the shared community pool and outdoor shower.

The first bedroom is just to the right of the front door, and features a flatscreen TV with a view of the outside neighborhood. The second bedroom is just across the hall and features a flatscreen TV and cute bunk beds. The full bathroom in the hall (that features a shower/tub combination) can serve the guests of these two rooms. The third bedroom is just past the second kitchen and features a flatscreen TV with a spacious closet - this section of the home closes off, making it a perfect space for the young couple or grandparents of the group. The full bathroom next door features a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom (the main bedroom of the house) is past the second living room and features extra seating, a flatscreen TV, and a glamorous en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. The kitchen/living room area is nice. Big & open where we could all gather comfortably. The rooms are awesome being so spread out. Having 2 kitchens & living rooms made it so easy to stay organized and not pile everything in one area. I highly recommend this house. You can walk to the beach easily and there’s a great community pool that even had a band there thursdays- Saturdays.
We had a great weekend away in this house. It was spacious and the kids were able to play where we could see them.
Fairly new house, very well equipped .
This was a beautiful, well stocked home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The house is spacious and beautifully decorated! It was spotless when we arrived, and it was better stocked than any other beach house we’ve ever rented. Unlike most other rentals, this house has high quality knives and cookware, which were great for cooking and eating in. The house was great for two families vacationing together, because we each had some space with the two kitchens and two living areas. The next-door neighbor is a friendly retiree who lives in Windmark full-time. The location is pretty far from the pool… and public beach access is pretty far to haul beach gear and kids, so we drove to both. The house description said that there was beach boardwalk access across the street, but that is not accurate. If we had known the distances ahead of time, we might have opted to rent bikes. Also, the pool is not heated, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. There is a nice greenway that goes from the public beach access near the home all the way to the other side of Windmark. There were very few businesses open in Windmark, but Port St. Joe is just a short drive away. Even though it was spring break, we never felt like the beach was too crowded... And the whole area has much less traffic than 30A.
Loved the house. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly.
Great house! The location was very nice but there is no direct boardwalk to the beach access, you need to walk about 400 yards to have access to the beach. The pool is about a mile away. The house was very well equipped, only things missing are wine glasses and hangers in the closets. Check in and check out process were very easy and the house was easy to find following the details provided. I would definitely recommend this house, my family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back again soon.
We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured and every detail had been thought of. We will be back!
We have three adult married kids and one grandchild and this house was perfect for us. With two well stocked kitchens, a large dining table, beautiful decor and room to spare we were able to enjoy each other without annoying one another. The close bay beach was an easy few minute walk and it's minimal wave action was a hit with our dog and three year old. Then, of course, the gorgeous cape gulf beaches are only 10-30 minutes away.
This home is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious, and definitely has plenty of room for 9 people. Unfortunately, there are not enough bath or beach towels for those 9 people. So bring extra of both. The plumbing is sketchy - but maintenance is quick to respond. There is no gulf cart, so you have to drive to the pool that is 1.2 miles away at the other end of the neighborhood. It is beautiful though! When it works. We got there Saturday and it wasn't cleaned or ready until Friday. You know, our last day there. Which is sad since the beach is small -it is the bay beach not the gulf. The beach is also quite far unless you use the access across the main street, which you aren't supposed to do. So, drive it is. The beach is full of seaweed and shells. Great for shell hunting. But make sure you wear water shoes because the rocks and shells hurt when you step in them. Be ready for a car full of sand, since you have to drive everywhere. The water is super calm, but brown and not pretty at all. I felt like I was just in a big lake, not the gulf. If I could move this house closer to the gulf beach and pool, it would be perfection. Oh, and the frogs...are insanely loud. Like, can't talk to another person at night without yelling club style, loud.
