Inviting dog-friendly home with patio, full kitchen, central AC, & W/D

The house was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The living quarters are cramped, but adequate. The house is close to the beach, but house next door is a mess and a large condo complex and elevated homes block the view.

The property worked well for our needs in being close to another house. The house was good but not great. I didn't get an overall sense of clean in the house, the back door storm door wouldn't close and with the winds it kept slamming against the house. We really enjoyed Holden Beach, but I do not think we would rent this place again.

We loved our stay at Gigi’s Getaway! From the great location to the fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need and more, it was wonderful! Just a short walk to the beach made it very convenient. The home is beautifully decorated and cozy with plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together. Also very convenient to walk for grocery, restaurants, shopping, ice cream etc.

Close to beach. Very roomy. Lots of space inside and out. Loved the big porch!! Would certainly stay again!

This house was incredibly clean upon arrival. Having the towels and linens provided was a huge plus! The location was convenient, especially for our nightly ice cream run. The kitchen was decently stocked for our needs, though we did not actually cook. The only negative we experienced was the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the love seat cushions kept sliding off.

We just stayed a week and had a wonderful time. The house was very well stocked with all amenities. We enjoyed both front n back screened in porches as well the back deck with the fenced in backyard for our Maltese to run n play in. Space inside the house was not an issue as we 4 beautiful bedrooms to choose from 2 of which had their own private bathroom. You are centrally located close to everything. We rode the golf cart to get ice cream, go to Food Lion, go to Beach (which was less than 100 yards from the house), go shopping, go out to eat. We loved everything about this place and will be definitely booking again and again.

This house is set up for the beach crowd. Loads of beds and bathrooms. The location and a a few minutes from the beach, but there’s no view and the house next door is a dump.

Very nice home. The interior decorations felt like the beach. We loved the location. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We enjoyed the front porch for coffee, lunch, and gathering. The ocean can be seen and heard from the front porch and upstairs loft. It was nice setting on the back deck. The upstairs coffee table in the loft is not kid or adult. Several scratches, and bruises from walking by table. The floors under the couches, chairs, and beds were very dirty with dust, sand, and trash. The back yard had watermelon rind and trash. The freezer took 3 days to freeze ice. The last night of our stay the freezer decided to freeze food. The office was contacted 48 hours after check. Office was prompted to send maintenance. A loaner frige was never brought over on Tuesday when promised. I had asked 2 questions prior vacation that were not answered. We will stay here again.

Very nicely decorated and stocked house. Many nice spaces to hang out. House is a lot bigger than the pictures depict. The yard is great as well as the 2 screened porch areas. Loved the daybed swing on the back porch. Great location, central to everything and the beach. I also have a home managed by Vacasa but it was rented so I found this house. Great find!

We will rent this house every time! Had everything we needed and plenty of space, great yard and porch for this kids to play.
