Very comfortable with attentive management! We had an issue and they came first thing in the morning to remedy. The pool was well maintained the beds were comfy and the location to beaches etc was great.

It had everything we needed for the beach including a wagon which was very helpful for the hike into Tigertail Beach. If you go to tiger tail just be prepared to walk a couple of miles to get to the beach. It was totally worth it though! Also the privacy of your own heated pool was awesome. This house had everything we needed & we'll definitely be back!

Our home was nice and was in a wonderful location. We had a minor issue with internet which MIPROPERTIES took care of immediately.

We stayed at this property just under 2 months and in an honest assessment I have to say it is a very ‘tired’ property which needs a lot of attention to be a proper rental. The PROS: quiet, convenient neighborhood, close to beach and all amenities … but note the Tigertail Beach parking lot is just down the road - the beach is an additional 1 mile walk out to the water. All good for us - but misconstrued on some listings. The NEGATIVE: Filthy! We arrived to find dental floss, tissues and garbage under the master bed - upon arrival!!! BLACK MOLD in the shower - rusted taps and stains in the sinks … flooded kitchen (3 times) due to bad dishwasher - and poorly connected fridge. Roof leaked and left a huge stain and flood in house, master toilet ‘ran’ every day and all day. They had to come in and replace the dishwasher - which still flooded - another day wasted. We allowed maintenance to come in for 2 days while We were rented and the chemical and paint smell was so bad, we had to find additional place to stay that Evening. The next day the noise was so loud we couldn’t work (we work remotely) … One afternoon I noticed a team of men in the pool - ripping out the screen and walking around - Scared me so much I had to leave the property. No soap, cleaners, laundry detergent, trash bags, Etc provided. Not well stocked - I spent the first week organizing and stocking the kitchen so I could cook at home. Just really poor property - not well maintained - not cleared properly

The home, pool, furnishings, towels, kitchen was perfect. 5 minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood to Tigertail Beach. Accessible location to delicious resturants. Excellent management company.

Nicely appointed home. Everything we needed for 10 days of bliss. Fabulous pool, easy walk to Tigertail Beach, convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.
