This charming one bedroom apartment is part of a large Victorian home located in the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood; an ideal Minneapolis spot. The interior is uniquely decorated with full amenities including an unusual and quirky feature: the shower is in the kitchen. It's an oddity, but really fun. The home is walking distance to Minneapolis' historic Stone Arch bridge, University of MN Dinkytown area, and a short trip to downtown Minneapolis.
The space
Perfect space for 2 people but can sleep up to 4 people. One bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a queen size air mattress available for sleeping up to two more people.
The kitchen provides an array of different utensils, plates, glasses, and just about anything you could need if you would like to cook. Coffee/tea included as well as oils/spices/some condiments to help you get started with your stay.
Flat screen TV in the living room to watch movies or sporting events. It's a comfortable and beautifully decorated space to relax with beautiful light.
We love long term renters so we offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and 30% discount for monthly stays with a pro-rated discount for anything in between.

The ENTIRE HOME is open and available for use and all of the space is private.
There are two apartments located on either side of this suite. These spaces are separate from the home, however please be mindful of the adjacent apts. and do not have loud music playing after 10pm weeknights and 12am weekends.
Other things to note
This is a beautiful and historic mansion. This particular suite of the mansion is unique and the shower is actually a separate space in the kitchen. It's an oddity but fun and different.
The space has an electric fireplace in the bedroom and large windows with wonderful light throughout the space.
