We have lots of Irish family in Killarney. When we come for large family parties, we rent a property. This time we came for a family wedding. It is the second time we have used this house, first time in June 2022. We stayed 5 nights, 2 of them with 6 of us, and 4 of us for 3 nights. The house is big with plenty of room for visitors. Deirdre, the Host, was brilliant. A bulb had gone in the bathroom and I rang and asked if there were any in the house we could use, but she insisted she would come and see to it herself, which she did. She sorted out the electric top up for me too. I felt that nothing would be too much trouble for her. We would definitely book the house again if we needed to.

Location of the property. Size of house. Towels provided. Owner was so nice and helpful on phone. House looked newly decorated since I last stayed here which was nice. Those horrible standard holiday prop orange curtains gone . The beds could do with better mattresses. This was my main issue. They were extremely soft. I had a sore back after sleeping in them for the week. Also the patio table in the back garden was worn and old. Would'nt encourage you to sit out the back. Also please trim the thorn bush in drive way. It scratch along side of my car.

The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and has everything you need for a nice holiday. The location is excellent to discover Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, Dingle and all other places to see in Kerry. We loved staying there for ten days. Communication with the manager went quite well by WhatsApp. She’s very helpfull in case you need something. Nothing

Everything was as we wanted and expected. Excellent. This was a holiday for my 90yr old father and his 3 sons. We are of Irish descendant. Possibly the last chance we'll get to do this trip. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Killarney is a great and friendly town. We would definitely recommend the house. Great value. Thank you very much to Deirdre.

The fact that each bedroom had ensuite which was very handy. Very spacious rooms, WiFi excellent which is also important. Dryer in utility room needs to be replaced. Maybe greenery at centre of estate needs mowing. Check in and out times bit early and late as half the day gone. Otherwise excellent.

Spacious. Has all facilities. About 3km from Killarney. Problems with the immersion heater cutting out the electrics. A shower backing up as with the main ensuite toilet.

Lovely big house. 3 double/twin bedrooms with en-suite. Single room. Extra bathroom and toilet upstairs and downstairs toilet too. Large driveway and secluded rear garden. Utility room. Everything you need. Great if you have young children too. Finola, the agent, was great and called me in advance to make arrangements for our arrival. I would definitely book again.

Gillian was great and very helpful. She was very accommodating. It would be great if there was internet in the house.
