Stayed May 26, 2025The beautful INNAMINNY was a delight as soon as we pulled into the driveway - hidden away behind lush plants and a secure fence.A spacious and light filled interior with 3 bedrooms each with ensuite all beautifully decorated, a great living space and functional kitchen with everything we needed to look after ourselves - even a few basic supplies in the pantry, even shopping bags !The pool house was perfect for the newly weds in our group to have some privacy and the undercover outdoor space had more than enough seating for us to enjoy meals and family time all at the one table, or in our own space if we wanted. The pool was wonderful, heated, clean and sparkling and much to the amazement of the locals we used it every day ! 29 degrees is plenty warm enough for Barossans escaping -2 degree mornings !The house was clean and we had everything we needed, including a washing machine (with powder), a dryer, and amazingly pegs !! Its the little things that make a difference.Located right across the road from the beach and only a 5 minute drive into town, was a quiet and convenient location for us and our 3 adult children and daughter-in-law to celebrate a special birthday. Our group of six had nothing bad to say about the property and would happily stay next time we are in Port Douglas. 10/10 !!

Stayed Dec 23, 2022With two families merging at the one home this property ticked all the boxes. Adults had their personal space and children did also. This accommodation is exception and does not disappoint. A short walk to beach (100 metres approx), not too far from town for coffee run. I will not stay anywhere else when next in Port Douglas, seriously!! If I could give 6 stars plus I would. Thank you so much.

Stayed Oct 22, 2022The rental agents were very friendly and easy to deal with. When we told them we wouldn’t be arriving until late they arranged to leave some lights and the air conditioning on for us. There were starter supplies of tea, sugar and coffee pods and some fresh milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. There are also l’occitane soaps and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom which are all nice touches. The gardens are nicely landscaped. The kitchen seemed to have everything you might require, although we didn’t cook. Both the kitchen and living room are not very bright - the sunlight being blocked by the outside pergola - so some level of lighting was usually required. The sofa in the living room is ample and very comfortable, as are the dining chairs. To be honest the room feels rather sterile and uninviting though - perhaps because there was only the2 of us. A few lamps and a bit of art work on the walls would be nice. There was some lovely artwork in the hallway and each of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is light filled and spacious. The ensuite is stunning. Not sure why they don’t feature it on their website. Unfortunately for us we couldn’t use the room as the bed was too soft for our aging backs. I am sure it is very good quality - memory foam? - but, after one night we had to decamp to the smaller single rooms. These beds are firm and comfortable. While a lot smaller the other two bedrooms in the house are of a decent size with plenty of storage. The bathrooms, though small, have lovely large showers. We did find the split system conditioners in these rooms annoying. Firstly, they blow straight down onto your face in bed and, secondly, they are very noisy when they cycle on and off during the night making for an interrupted night’s sleep. We checked and they are not old units but good quality Daiken. The pool house seems wonderful although, apart from a quick look around, we did not use it at all. The outdoor decking area was pleasant and where we spent most of our time. The pool was a lovely temperature and was beautifully lit at night. The surrounding area, at least when we were there, was quiet and an easy hop into Port Douglas. All in all we had a very nice stay and think it would be an extremely comfortable house for a larger group.

Stayed Oct 8, 2022We went here with a group of friends and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and each room having its own bathroom was a game changer. The pool and outdoor area where ideal - you really don't have to leave. Such a great place, clean and had everything you need.
