Honestly, no complaints - other than it would be much more convenient to have a door code than pick up keys. Housekeeping does a great job, I am picky and it was even cleaner than expected.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year renting this property. Its proximity to the beach is a key buyer value for us and this house comes with great bikes! Parking at Marco beach is impossible so this fit the bill nicely. Upgraded hot tub controls were installed and the MBR and bath are roomy. Only negative is the house backs up to tennis courts and you hear that pretty clearly while using the pool. Overall, it’s a great house that more than met our needs. Harborview provided EXCELLENT service when we called about a few items. Responsive and professional!

From the seamless check in process to the beautiful open floor plan, we were extremely happy with the choice we made to stay at 117 Heathwood!! Pool and Hot tub worked without any issues. Master bed and shower are amazing! Location is just perfect. Beach cruisers, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. They thought of it all! I can’t say enough about how much my family enjoyed this home and our week long visit to Marco Island!

We couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on for the hot tub, but someone came out to help right away. The house was clean and was stocked with beach towels, chairs, toys, and a wagon that was especially handy to take to the beach.

With two kids, this property was in the perfect location, 2 blocks from the city library and 2 blocks from a city park with a splash pad and playground. The property was clean and well-maintained, and Harborview Rental company was very easy to work with. I would recommend this property to a friend or family member.
