Inland home minutes from Marco Islands South Beach

This home had everything we needed for the week and was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time grilling, swimming, and watching tv out back in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great home away from home for what we were seeking. House was well supplied with everything we needed, from utensils and cooking supplies, to the needed equipment to make our beach trips enjoyable. It was far enough off the main paths to be peaceful, and the pool was a great fit while returning from the beach. Timely and responsive communication.

The house was as described, great location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and easy access. The pool was great to have to relax after the beach.

Our stay here was perfect. The house is exactly what we needed for our family for our week vacation. Size, cleanliness and walking distance to the beach is accurate. Plenty of beach supplies provided along with a wagon to carry everything. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

The location of the house at 813 Amber Dr. was walking distance to beach access. (1/2mile) The home owners provided three beach chairs, a cooler, wagon, sand toys and a nice looking bike. They also had some pool floats and some towels. We traveled by plane and when I sent email to property manager on what was provided for beach we were told chairs and towels. Not knowing how many chairs we decided to rent from Marco baby rentals (highly recommend) and got a couple wagons, two umbrellas, cooler, four sand chairs (we had six people which included the two grandkids) and a couple bags of sand toys. We rent homes on a yearly basis for vacation. The house was nice and had character, however, there are a few suggestions we would like to make. Appliances (especially the refrigerator, washer, dryer and stove) were out dated and could use more current models. It would also be nice to have either a refrigerator with ice maker or better yet, an under counter ice maker so renters don’t have to buy bags of ice each day. House thermostat was set on 76 degrees upon our arrival so we turned it down to 72 degrees. (coldest we could set it according to contract) It took quite a while for temps to come down. We made sure blinds were closed throughout the day, but rarely did the temperature get to 72. Evenings were usually around 74-76 in house. We bought a couple fans for the grandkids bedroom which helped along with using their ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A great neighborhood which we enjoyed

This house was clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants, we were able to walk to almost everything. Our favorite part about the house was the pool and lanai, we spend all of our time there. One thing we would have appreciated would be some higher quality, more comfortable chaise's for hanging out by the pool.
