I was super nervous about staying here after seeing the person left one right before my stay. The area seemed a little hesitant when we pulled up. But once we got in the house It was very clean and put together. My kids first noticed the fancy toilet with all kinds of options on It. That was definitely their entertainment. The soaps that i am assuming were supposed to be on the shower wall were on the floor but I just moved them to the side bc i had my own stuff. The water in the master shower is backwards when the hot water is down and cold water is up so just be aware so you know how to use It when you get there bc they will assure u It is correct. If you order groceries to be delivered make sure you bring them in immediately bc they will be taken by creatures. The bed downstairs is very firm but overall It worked. I love the electric fireplace and the TV above It. Not a ton of seating in the living room. Only enough for 4. Kitchen is very nice but the fridge is in a completely separate room that is not hooked up to water so no ice either. I bought ice and bottled water. I do recommend a bigger skillet bc all they had was a tiny one for a single egg or two. But they had It pretty stocked besides that. My daughter said the bed upstairs is super uncomfortable. The stairs to get up there are super steep so i definitely recommend It for kids up there. I liked the house. It was super clean. Very updated. There were just a few things that It needed.

The location is convenient to the Convention Center, but the neighborhood is sketchy (ex: clerk at nearby convenience store behind plexiglass). 1st Issue: Electronic lock failed. First report discounted as my not closing the door properly. Sent someone to fix the next day. House unlocked two days in sketchy neighborhood.2nd Issue: Animals underneath house. I reported that my employee and wife heard mice in their bedroom. They went home. My son decided against staying at the house. I heard noises the next evening from the dining room. Too loud for mice. Sounded like a racoon or squirrel scratching the HVAC ducts. I closed all doors to contain them as I was now by myself.3rd Issue: Outside temp dropped to -2. Refrigerator in unheated backroom froze the beverages.4th Issue: My bathroom door locked when I closed it. Had to have maintenance guy open it to get my stuff delaying my departure. Didn't see my electric toothbrush by outlet near toilet. Asked owner to return. No reply.5th Issue: Plumbing. Inadequate water pressure causng my toilet to take forever to fill. Showers plumbed backwards in both bathrooms. Cold and hot water positions reversed. We figured that out on our own.
