Stayed Dec 31, 2025Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the property served its purpose well. The location was very convenient and close to the places we needed to go, which made getting around easy. The fireplace was beautiful and the décor throughout the space was nicely done. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent with hot water and great pressure. The Wi-Fi was also sufficient for our needs. There were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The walls were extremely thin, and unfortunately the guests next door were very rowdy, making it sound as though they were coming through the walls while we were trying to sleep. The basement also felt a bit creepy and was not mentioned in the listing description; it may be helpful to keep the basement door locked so it cannot be accessed.Additionally, the rugs in the upstairs hallway made it difficult to roll luggage into the rooms. This could be especially challenging for someone who is unable to lift heavy bags.Lastly, I would suggest reviewing the checkout policy. Given the amount paid for the stay, it felt a bit excessive to also be expected to take on cleaning responsibilities. Just my personal opinion.Despite these issues, we did enjoy our stay overall and it met our needs.

Stayed May 9, 2025Overall great stay. Duplex was recently renovated in a modern chic style with all new bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. Easy drive to downtown, Butler and motor speedway but nothing within walking distance of this gentrified neighborhood. One minor detail to note: older stair case to 2nd floor that has all 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath - the other full bathroom is on the main level.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked well. Maybe I didn't read it well, but it should be a emphasized more that it's a duplex. I did book last second and was very happy with my stay, so no big deal. Neighborhood is not the best looking, but 100% nice and comfortable. I walked to the children's museum with my kids every dau. Location is great for easy driving access.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We stayed here for a long weekend with our young daughter. The property was a short five minute drive to the Children’s Museum and 15 minutes from the zoo. It is also close to many other great things to visit, but the weather limited our plans! The property was very clean. There were great little touches from snacks in the kitchen to shampoo, etc. in the bathrooms. We were having issues with the code upon arrival. The owners responded to my text within minutes to resolve the issue. I would caution parents of small children that you will hear the neighbors through the walls; so if they are noisy, they might disrupt a little one’s sleep. Also, the floors and stairs are very loud when walking through the house.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024I came to Indy with my family for a funeral. We drove 12 hrs from New York and couldn’t wait to get comfortable after such a long drive. When we finally arrived, we all bathed and melted into the bed. Because I have a toddler and infant, I was thankful for the washer and dryer. I really appreciated the breakfast bars and oatmeal for my vegetarian daughter who did not eat our breakfast of eggs, bacon and toast purchased at a Whole Foods and cooked in the cute little kitchen. The neighborhood is safe and developing nicely. The Children’s Museum is also great for younger children among other historical sites. Thank you for a seamless visit.
