Stayed Dec 31, 1969This renovated industrial building is located in the heart of historic Chambersberg... close to a bike trail, walking distance to a brewpub and other fabulous restaurants... a quick drive to forests and trails and pools.... But one doesn't really need to leave this house. The kitchen is a wonderful place to cook and THEN the group has to decide whether to enjoy eating at the bar, the dining area or one of two patio settings. It was a great place for a group gathering. Several families met up at the Barrel House from all over but it still felt like home.
