Stayed May 27, 2025Great location, in walking distance of restaurants and a town square area. It is a renovated Victorian house, and some of the floors and stairs are steep or uneven, so it might not be good for someone with mobility issues. We had seven adults, and plenty of space.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025The location of this property is ideal to downtown Bowling Green and to many restaurants and nightlife. The house was very comfortable, cozy and full of character - and had all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts were communicative and willing to help with anything you might need or may have forgotten. This is an excellent home and location if you are in BG for any length of time.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Eight16 was the perfect spot for our group of ten adults and three kids. It’s beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The layout is great in that even with a big group, there’s places to go to get some social recharge. The beds were supremely comfortable. Chatting to the host was a delight. Seriously, the only negative I can think of was the lack of closet space. But aside from that 10/10.
