Stayed Dec 30, 2025House was exactly as pictured. Nice quiet area. Pool room heated for winter months that allowed us to use it. My family really enjoyed ourselves. One thing that could be better is garbage pickup. We were there for 4 days and we overfilled the trash with our big group. But all in all Happy Place was a happy place for our family. Thank you Tennessee for all the memories

Stayed Nov 23, 2025Wonderful cabin for a large group!We had a great stay here! Plenty of space for everyone and the outdoor area was a highlight—beautiful setting with lots of room to hang out. The hot tub, heated pool, and game room kept everyone entertained (kids and adults!). Kitchen is a little small for a big group but manageable. Parking was excellent with room for several vehicles. Host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!
