We were looking for a central location to stay for the marathon that would accommodate all of us and this was perfect for that. It is two separate small homes but worked out perfectly. We had immediate responses with our concerns and were addressed quickly. This is a cute safe place to stay. I would book again if needed.

4 friends and I were in town for a conference, this property was perfect for all our needs we each had our own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of home supplies (towels, toiletries) available place was nice n clean and the 2 kitchens worked out great for us location was central to everything and the neighborhood had plenty of food/ bars walking distance to the property, the huge parking lot is also a plus if you have multiple cars entry was simple and effortless a nice place for big groups that want to have their own personal space while also sharing

Clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Looks like the neighborhood is going through some changes so wasn’t the most comfortable feeling when we arrived but worked okay for everyone.

Just a note to the property manager. One of our co workers car broke down this morning. He is planning on getting it out of the parking lot this afternoon some time

Over all a great property. Well managed and superior manager communication. Lots of parking. Nicely decorated. Really all the amenities you could want. A few negatives but not deal breakers for us. The larger house is down a path. This is not a disabled friendly house. We just had my elderly parents stay in the blue house which had a queen bed on the first floor. The mattresses were either foam or thin spring. Not the best but certainly not the worst we've had. Linens are provided as is a full kitchen which are both clean and moderately stocked. All in all a good experience for our family holiday get together.
