Indianapolis Vacation Rental - Walk to the IMS!

Plenty of kitchen items. Needs some maintenance. Like some paint and some repairs. Ceilings peeling

It was super frustrating that we didn’t have WiFi the entire weekend we were there, and the direct tv they had, had very little channels. That was the weekend of the Big 10 football game, so a huge weekend to have tv. They also didn’t let us know ahead of time that it was a problem. Only when I reached out, I was told direct tv was supposed to be out to fix it the day prior. (A heads up would’ve been nice) I was also told they would be there that day. If someone is staying in your rental, you should give them a heads up that someone would come in when all their stuff is there. I wasn’t impressed with that! But it didn’t matter because they never actually came. We paid a lot for the weekend, they didn’t offer money back or anything. When it specifically says on your amenities “WiFi”, you should have it, or compensate for it. Also, they claim it has 3 beds in the basement with a bathroom, which is does, however, there is no fire escape. I’m not sure how they get by with counting that as a room when there is zero way to escape should their he a fire.The house itself was fine, old and creaky, but clean. We wouldn’t book here again.

The house is in a great location — walking distance to the speedway and several restaurants, which was super convenient. Check-in was easy, though the door was unlocked when we arrived, which made us a little uneasy at first.A few things could be improved: the main-level shower was pretty rough — there’s no actual shower head, just a pipe where the water shoots out, and the curtains don’t stay in place. The back patio lights didn’t work, which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor space in the evening. Also, the listing says toiletries are provided, but there was only conditioner. Not a huge issue, but we ended up needing to buy basics for all three bathrooms since we had a group of eight.Overall, our stay was pleasant, and with a few small fixes, this would be an excellent rental.

Great location and a great house. The space is maximized and the house if very functional. Property managers are fantastic to work with!

The thing that stood out was how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cook stuff.

Girls trip with 7 crazy ladies. This place was great! Everyone.had their own bed, all the beds were comfy and a bathroom on each floor! Will stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

WONDERFUL NO COMPLAINTS

My extended family and I were in town for a wedding. There were 7 of us and this house was the perfect fit. There was so much space and bathrooms for everyone to not feel like they were on top of one another. The neighborhood was great and the house was in walking distance of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as Main St which provided many options for food. We all agree we would stay here again if we ever come back to Indianapolis.

We enjoyed are stay close to good restaurants n bar close to speedway easy drive to downtown would definitely stay again if in area ..

Second time staying at VRBO for large gatherings to attend conventions and concerts. More than enough room so you're not cramped when hanging out or sleeping. Super clean and stocked with all the cooking essentials. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee and the Speedway.

We had a great stay at this house! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and everything we needed was nearby. Keep an eye out for a black front door instead of the green one shown in the images.

This place was perfect for our group. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We had a few different families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was outdoor space for the kids, a nice grill and outdoor seating. We enjoyed the restraunts in Speedway that were in walking distance. The ice cream shop was delicious! Our host was very pleasant to deal with. She was accommodating to our group and we are greatful for her hospitality. We would stay here again many times over. This place is perfect for anyone with a large group, especially if going to the races. The speedway is right behind the property in walking distance. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This property was perfect for our group of 12 people. We loved the layout of the bedrooms for a large group.

This was a great place to stay and very cozy. The outdoor areas were great to hang out at night. I definitely recommend this place!
