Indianapolis Home w/ Porch - Close to Mile Square!

Very responsive host. Great location for visiting downtown. Beds were too soft. It is the only thing that could have been better. Ok for the couple days we stayed. Place was clean and well kept.

Other than a couple issues, everything went well. Some instructions were missing and there was a challenge with the lock

The property was very well represented online. It was perfect for the weekend. My only complaint would be the path leading up to the house was very unsafe. Especially arriving later on in the dark. My friend has an issue with eyesight, and there were loose rocks and poorly graded sidewalks getting to the property. He almost fell a few times.

Small place, no living room, small kitchen, but perfect if you need a place to sleep. The place was clean, but had a lingering scent of dog. The area was quiet, although some homeless people stayed in the little park area down the way. Overall had a nice stay for the weekend.

Four adults stayed for five days. Given that amount of time, this probably wasn’t the best choice of property because there is no gathering space except for the front porch. It would have been nice for that to be abundantly clear on the description. Additionally, the number of towels for four adults upon arrival was one per person for five days. Wouldn’t have been an issue if there was laundry onsite, but there wasn’t. We contacted the property manager and another set per person was delivered the next morning. Again, not exactly ideal for a guesthouse when the booking is for five days but we made do. Other than that, the sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the house was very close to Lucas Oil where our conference was being held.

This place has the equivalent of 2 bedrooms (only curtains on one room), 2 bathrooms, & a tiny kitchenette. For all of us to sit, we brought in the outside chairs, but we couldn't eat a meal together inside. Appliances were a burner for cooking, a dorm-sized fridge, & coffee maker. Coffee, filters, sugar, & creamer were available.We did have to call the owners a few times when we first arrived, but they replied quickly & resolved the issues.Location of this place was good. We walked or drove to various places without any issues. Comfort. Despite lack of a common sitting area, our stay was comfortable. The inside was clean & neat, beds were comfortable, & there was sufficient hot water.

This place was great for our needs, which was a place to lay our heads at night. The beds were comfortable and bedding was fresh and clean. We didn't initially have towels but was quickly corrected the next afternoon. This has 2 rooms and 2 beds and 2 baths. The basket of snacks was a wonderful treat for our late night snack needs. Although we didnt have our pets with us, the yard was plenty big (not fully fenced) to have taken them. There was also a dog park in walking distance. The location was very convenient and close to downtown/Lucas Stadium. We didnt hear alot of road noise or people when we were inside, despite the closeness of the house next door. The listing says street parking but there is actually a gravel spot in front of house by the street that we used. Also not mentioned in the listing is that you're actually only in 1 unit of this house. I don't know if anyone was staying upstairs but now and then we heard movement at night. The door to access the upstairs was locked so we couldn't get upstairs but no way to lock so no one came downstairs. It may be and I just didnt see it but knowing it's a 2 unit rental would have been appreciated before arriving. For the ladies, there were 2 blow dryers and some travel shampoo available. 1 hot plate with a couple skillets, coffee pot (not keurig), toaster and a mini fridge. Overall great little place for a great price close to downtown.
