Indian Wells House with Private Saltwater Pool

Great overall

Over all was a nice house, however the patio furniture was filthy, I had to clean it myself. The A/C like the other reviews did not cool the whole house. The pool light had a short and would go on and off. The house inside looks bigger in the photos than when arrived. The house inside was clean but didn’t have many towels. The host was an amazing communicator and lovely. Only one jet in the jacuzzi worked. Overall was a nice stay but with the weather being so hot I would suggest an upgrade with the A/C it was not cooling the rooms as suggested and the master bedroom like another review should have black out shades with the heat being so hot and the A/C barely blowing in that room. Not a bad house but with it being so hot I would definitely suggests some upgrades and updates for this house. The pool got 100 degrees with the heat so the A/C lacking did not help. When we were going to use the BBQ grill it was filthy, I’m assuming from a previous renter. We cleaned the grill ourselves before leaving and the patio furniture.

Our stay at this house was incredible. The property was modern, clean and was fully stocked with what we needed. The kitchen was incredible and had everything we could have needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The outside area is the standout! The putting green was super fun. And the pool provided daily relief from the heat. The property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, there are two things that would have made the stay better: - Blackout curtains in the bedrooms: The house has amazing natural light but would be nice to block out the light especially in the mornings - Electronic Key / Entry pad: We had multiple parties staying at the house and it would have been nice to not have to negotiate the lockbox and keys.

tastefully decorated interior and beautiful back yard. to be fair home was clean when we arrived.Kitchen utensils were many but not matched sets of anything, went to use a cutting board it was filthy and no sponged or detergent under sink to clean it properly then opened the BBQ totally disgusting could not get to work. One thing VRBO should NOT let a property that is in Palm Desert List it as Indian Wells a much nicer community. No Garage door remote Owner told me previous guest must have taken it no offer to have someone make a new one. we were there the week of the storm WOW had a few leaks but livable. when we stripped the bed and pillowcases the pillows were stained and old. As the previous renter stated the A/C does not work well in the house and sun comes into master bedroom early in the Am. Needless to say We won't be back I do have pictures of grill ceiling and pillows no place to attach Thank You

Thank you for sharing your home. It was the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The air conditioner only really cooled the main living area of the home. The bedrooms stayed warmer than desired. Wish I could have pulled the blinds down in the master, but the tangled cords prevented me from doing so. All in all, it was a nice stay.
