Independent 50 meters from the central and very Tuscan Duomo

Donatella is a very gracious host and responded quickly to all requests. The flat is very conveniently located to the center of the city. It’s fine for a short stay with the very basics, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. I stayed for a month while taking intensive Italian lessons and it was not terribly comfortable for a long stay. The cooking area is very small and equipped with only a few basics and the sofa and dining chairs were uncomfortable for studying. But if you’re looking for something for convenience and just to sleep and prepare occasional meals, it is perfectly fine.

It was just what we needed for our stay. We didn't plan to sleep much so it's suited its needs. We probably would have cooked more in the house if we had more utensils and pots and pans

The apartment was very well located to see all of the historic centre and the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Exactly as described and even better in person. Super location with a wonderful restaurant one door down. Excellent communication from Donatella and was very thoughtful in the amenities. Would be happy to stay again. Ample refrigerator, and enjoyed the kitchen. Bathroom was well designed and spacious. Happy we chose this establishment for our stay.

Property was okay but lacking essentials such as a toaster. Very very noisy at night right through until 3am or 4am

Great location, close to the very center but not overwhelmed by the crowds. Alma has the place spotless. Restaurants, and grocery store nearby. We have been doing this for years in various countries around the world and value the skills, including linguistic, and willingness to assist of the property manager. This was the best we have had - with a name like Donatella, how could you go wrong. As she will no doubt tell you - one floor up and no elevator. We stayed seventeen nights and loved it!

Our stay was for one month. We really wanted to unpack and settle into the apartment and the local area. The features of the apartment that we particularly appreciated were the washing machine and large drying rack, hooks and a shelf in the hall for hanging coats and hats, storage shelves and cupboards in the bathroom, a small work table in the living room as well as a dining table, a comfortable bed with enough space underneath to store suitcases out of the way and strong wifi. I loved opening the green window shutters every morning to see the street life. The location was excellent for us so we could walk almost everywhere. We particularly enjoyed John Borno cafe for breakfast, Sant'Ambrogio market for fruit and delicious delicatessen products, the local Conad supermarket for everyday supplies and the many local restaurants.

Donatella’s apartment has a spectacular location. You are in a 15 minute walking radio of almost every important place in florenece.

This property is ideally located in the city center. Very close to major landmarks and transportation. Host was very responsive. Minor note that the gas stove did not work and the host responded that it should work but did not fix it.

What a great apartment!!! Literally in the heart of Florence. The property manager was fantastic and took great care of us when problems arose. Highly recommended!!!
