Stayed Jul 31, 2025The house was clean and well prepared. The pool was great and being right on the intercoastal was awesome. The location wad close to shopping, food and beaches. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! The only issue we had was with the 3rd bathroom being outdoors and not connected to the main house so it made using it a real hassle. But we were able to work around this. Overall the house was well kept and clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great relaxing stay.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We loved the location and the house is very nice. The pool and patio set up are lovely and include an outdoor bathroom that has been newly renovated. We had a few minor issues including a sink that wouldn’t drain. It took 2 days for the property management to get anyone out to fix it. There were not many dishes in the kitchen and almost no cleaning supplies provided. There were lots of beach things other guests had left in the garage which was nice as well. Texting with property management was strange. Seemed like they must have been a service somewhere out of the country and not directly associated with the property.

Stayed May 1, 2025Perfect for our family of four! The house was just as described and the kids loved the pool! Location was convenient to everything. We had a great time! The only suggestion I would make is to provide more plastic cups/dishware. There were plenty of plastic wine glasses but no other plastic cups or dishes for use while you are out at the pool or on the Lanai.
