Incredible Waterfront Beach Property; Best Location & Views with a Heated Pool

Great location. Beautiful house with plenty of room. Loved the pool the most, it really was heated. Husband’s favorite was the dock. Lived the dream for a week. Thanks.

Amenities were all great! Host was very accommodating to questions and concerns.

Kitchen fully equipped, great location, great communication with host, pet friendly, pool was a bit chilly but expected for the winter, close to ocean, good times!!!

Enjoyed the pool. Great temperature and clean. Pet friendly- although would be nice to have grass in backyard for pet. Water pressure was lacking in master bedroom shower. Would be nice if there was a stool or bench to shower with. For someone with physical challenges, shower floors were slippery. The light in the MBRM toilet area didn’t work. Also going to top floor would be nice to have handrails all the way up. Overall The facility was great. It was exactly how it’s listed. Though not ADA friendly, which made it difficult in some aspects. There was a musty smell when entering the house. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. This place would be great to host a large amount of people.

Every thing we needed was there. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach toys and chairs.

This house was perfect for our large family! We had kids aged 1,3,7,12 and there was something to keep everyone occupied! Loved the pack and play I site one less thing I had to bring. There was also a baby gate we kept at the bottom of the stairs. Plenty of seating for everyone. We used the extra bar top table to put our family vacay puzzle together on. It had everything you could ever want to take down to the beach and a wagon to get it there! We had a great time and would consider renting again if we all come back together!

Pool and pier were amazing. Plenty of room and parking. Short walk to beach and The Beach House restaurant. Would return for sure!

Great location! Beach was much closer than we had thought. The house had tons of beach supplies as well. Kids and the dogs loved it. We look forward to another beach vacation in the future.

It was a great week. The location of the condo is nearly perfect. It is at the end of 12th street, with beach access at 12th just a block way. It has a pool and dock on little lagoon with two one person kayaks. We had kids 3,6 and 9 and they were thrilled with the sand toys, fishing stuff and games in the condo. You can just show up and have all kinds of fun. The condo was not as clean as we expected. We had to clean the grill (but the grill was great) and we cooked many meals, there was everything you need to cook but we had clean much of it before use. The return air vents, light switch covers and corners nooks and crannies were crusty and dusty but the A/C was cold, the beds were comfortable and there were lots of places to sit inside and out. We would definitely rent here again.

Had a great time. Lot of space. Lot to do. The neighbors sometimes had 6-8 cars there. Pool got crowded. But understandable. Nice short walk to the beach. Nice restaurants. Beaches were clean. Would recommend

This property was not represented as a duplex unit. The pictures show a complete house listing. My whole group could not believe what we were left with when entering property designated East and West units. So we get everything inside with a downbeat and get to the beach for a checkout. That was good. Then all us grownups sit on back porch to enjoy evening and start smelling odors from the southwest which is an overgrown property piece. Well the orders are from a sewage pump lift station for that whole side of the peninsula. We constantly smelled crappy odors all the time outside. I got to talk to two utility workers that come by daily to the pump station. It’s a big deep holding well. This was not disclosed. Another thing our dishes inside were mostly all dirty. Had to hand wash them. The dishwasher needs cleaning probably and checkout. It did not clean well. Anyone looking to stay here needs to ask about the lift station next door and being a duplex. Another thing the owner got upset when I told him about problems. I can’t believe anyone giving this site an excellent rate. Did not think to take photos.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at your beautiful home. Perfect location, quiet, and peaceful. The fishing dock was a favorite for my family who loves to fish, and the easy access to the ocean was a major plus. Every about our stay was lovely. Thank you so much!

Everything and I mean everything exceeded our expectations

Great stay with a two block walk to the ocean/beach! Clean home with everything you need provided. My favorite part was the beautiful sparkling clear heated pool! Beds were also very comfortable and all of us said we slept great.

Family with multiple generations loved the house and heated pool. Also used the grill. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

The inside of this property is beautiful. I had absolutely no issues there. The outside, though, leaves a lot to be desired. There are broken lounge chairs everywhere, which seem to be forgotten about. There are weeds completely overtaking the sand area. The pavers are cracked and broken. The pool area is beautiful, as well as the dock. All in all; it was a nice home, but for the price and from photos, I would have expected a little more maitenance.

We had an outstanding vacation at this Beach House with a refreshing salt water pool. The Gulf was sparklingly clear and warm, and easily accessible to the home. The house slept 12 comfortably and had a huge open space for all 11 of us to gather in the LR and kitchen. The kitchen was very nicely furnished with plenty of room for 3 of us to prepare an occasional full meal. Our family of 11 enjoyed every aspect of the house. We are in our mid-70's, so it was great that we had a BR downstairs; the adult children and Grandblessings loved their privacy upstairs. It's important that I emphasize how kind and helpful the owners are. We had a special ne ed and they took care of it without charge. We eagerly look forward to returning! The Goforth Family
