Located in the heart of ski country with easy highway access to all the ski areas, this four bedroom, three bath duplex has everything needed for a wonderful, quiet vacation experience. The summer months offer beautiful days and cool nights and activities to please any vacationer.

Three Bedrooms on the upper floor and one on the main floor offer exceptional comfort for you and your guests with five queen beds. In addition, the living room sofa converts to a queen bed so the home can accommodate up to eight persons.

The kitchen has everything needed to prepare gourmet meals and the gas fireplace and jetted tub are just two of the amenities that make this home special. A two-car garage is a real bonus as well as high-speed internet, washer and dryer and 65 smart TV. The dining room seats eight.

    We had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was extremely clean and very well maintained. The interior design is beautiful and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of care went into the details.The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly felt at home here.I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway.

    My family enjoyed a week long stay and thoroughly enjoy the easy access to the Blue River walking trail. We had plenty of room for our entire family and enjoying playing games nightly at the dinner table or out on the patio. I highly recommend and look forward to returning next year.

    Our group of friends and family stayed recently to attend a wedding at the Silverthorne Pavilion. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful at night but two minutes from Target and close enough to the venue to run back for things we forgot. The view is beautiful and the house was very homey with everything we needed. There is no street parking in Silverthorne so the big driveway was great for our group with multiple cars. The owner was kind and thoughtful with quick responses to emails and questions. This would be a great place for a big family or group of friends

    This place is set up great for a skiing vacation. Location close to restaurants and stores in downtown Silverthorne, but on the outskirts with a great view of the mountains. It's half of a large duplex, not huge, but very efficient use of space - we had 9 adults and did not feel crowded; 2 big bathrooms upstairs with plenty of counter space and a 3rd downstairs; bedrooms have dressers and/or closets with lots of hangers. Super comfortable, cozy living room with nice gas fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen. Large, 2 car garage, plus parking in the driveway, lots of space in the entry hall for boots, skis, etc. It's a great set up, and a very good value.

    Perfectly located for our family trip! Close to stores/food and easy to navigate to Winter Park, Vail, Breckenridge and Frisco. Multiple bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms allowed everyone to have space.Overall fantastic! My only feedback is that the sofa sleeper is REALLLLLLY uncomfortable. A new mattress would do it wonders!

    Already talking about returning next year with our group. Recently updated/refreshed on the inside and that was a nice surprise. We have a group of 12 of us that have come to Summit County for road biking for 12 years in a row. Finding this location and the adjacent other half of the duplex has been so great.

    I felt like I was staying at my favorite relatives place. There’s plenty of cooking ware and China to make and have a nice family dinner. The place is clean and nicely laid out. I really do feel like I was staying at my favorite relatives house. I felt very welcomed. We made a lot of great memories.
