Incredible Strip View, Peaceful Poolside Escape

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for my birthday weekend and it was perfect. I have a 3 month old baby who was also with us so this was ideal for us all. It is a Really quiet and safe area, has an amazing backyard with a beautiful view of the strip and the mountains (the pictures do not do it justice)..it's breat taking. The entire property is well kept, clean and maintained. Very family-friendly. Our host Mary was very accommodating and responded quickly with any questions we may have had. This place is definitely worth the money. I'll be staying here again.

My husband and myself stayed from Nov 5-Nov 10. Mary the homeowner was wonderful, house was perfect, clean and conveniently close to Water Street District with stores, restaurants and shops with spectacular views of strip lit up at night and mountains during the day. Having the quiet was a plus along with having a kitchen, grill and Blackstone to cook on was so very convenient after a day of travels. We spent our last full day Sunday enjoying the pool and grilling supper. We will definitely be staying again.

The home in Henderson was okay overall. It was clean, had the basic amenities we needed, and offered a beautiful view—which was definitely a highlight. That said, if you’re planning to spend most of your time on the Las Vegas Strip, the location isn’t the most convenient. It’s a bit of a drive, and transportation costs added up quickly. Great if you’re looking for something quieter with scenic surroundings, but not the best choice for easy access to the Strip. Be aware though if you wanna spend late nights in the pool don’t stay here— the property has a quiet time that begins at 9 PM. And the pool is closed. That was a bummer for us. The property manager did not have great communication. Also, it was weird that she walked in on us right before checking out and waiting on our Uber. Scared us a great deal. Nonetheless a great choice for views.

The house was beautiful and the perfect size plus the view at night is lovely

The house was exactly as described. It was clean and there were plenty of bath and pool towels. I would check the house before running to a grocery store. There are a lot of items in the house. IE tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, and a closet full of extras.The pool was very clean and there is plenty of covered seating in the back yard that has a beautiful view of Las Vegas.The only concern I had was the entry code. It didn't seem to us that the code gets changed between clients. It was posted on the wall in the house and it didn't look like it had be recently updated. The property is handled by Evolve so once you book you will deal with them. They kept us informed and gave us all of the information we needed in a timely fashion.We got a call from Evolve on Sunday (we vacated on Saturday) asking if we were still at the house and in the pool. We were not there. It was a very strange.

We had a wonderful time here! The property is super clean and comfortable and the location is so convenient to get everywhere we needed to go. I loved the pool! Plenty of towels and everything you could ever need. What a great place to relax. Thank you!

We wanted a place to relax while in Las Vegas and this house gave us that.

Well stocked, nice house, great backyard. The pool is listed as heated on ad but it is extra and not included in price as ad suggests and hot tub does not heat up if you choose to heat pool, either or. I only rented it because of the pool so I wish it was clearer but overall I would stay again when in Vegas.

The house was well kept and comfortable. It's very well stocked with supplies. We really appreciated the bottled water and coffee. Backyard is beautiful.

Pretty neat house

Nice open living space. Comfortable pool area with outdoor seating. Far away enough from the busy traffic but close enough to enjoy Strip activities with ease. Mary was very helpful!

We were in town to visit with our daughter and her family. Our two-year-old granddaughter absolutely loved playing in the pool. Great house, meticulously cleaned, and very well stocked. We would definitely book this property again.

We enjoyed our stay. Good Location. Quiet Area. Comfy Home. Cool water in pool for being late Summer. Wished A/C would be able to be set lower, but made do. Amenities & Supplies were well stocked.

Great place to stay, description of location spot on. Fun time with family and only 20 minutes from strip. Only one issue we wanted late check out host never responded to email so we made other plans, yes I could have called but no big deal.

This property was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The Host Was Absolutely Great. We were inContact with the host from day one of our stay and She reacted quickly to every request we had. I had an answer for everything within 10 minutes of my sending a question or request. I would say make sure you read the basic rules before you book and go enjoy your stay. Incredible view from the back yard. thank you
