Incredible, spacious home with a private heated pool - close to the beach

Le Paradis is a very well kept and beautifully appointed home. Our family of five had every thing we needed for the week, and more! Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys- you name it. The kitchen was one of the best stocked of any home I have rented; which as an avid cook was very much appreciated. The pool and screened-in living area were incredible and many hours were spent there memory making. I highly recommend this home! We will be back.

Le Paradise was heaven on earth. My family really enjoyed our week there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook in house. Living area was open and spacious. Screened in porch overlooking the pool was where we ate all our meals. And the backyard/pool was amazing! Beach gear and bike closet was great (so we didn't have to rent those). House was a short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants on the island. While I was not thrilled about Vacasa (the property management) company not refunding my Covid-canceled 2020 spring break rental, they did offer me credit for the 2021 rental and the one small issue we had during our stay (not the fault of Vacasa nor the property owner) was handled quickly.

We spend one week in AMI each summer and have stayed in many different properties. This home is very unique in its design with an amazing outdoor area with huge pool and a screened in porch. The kitchen was well equipped although a little more pantry space would have been nice. The property was very clean and in good repair.

What I loved? The open layout of the interior. The expansive and beautiful landscaping. An extremely large heated pool. Plenty of tvs, Packed with rainy day activities. Great grill. Large enclosed porch. Large master bedroom. Two blocks from beach access. This is second time we've rented this property. Probably do it again if it were available on our timeline. The minor inconveniences: trying to figure out the interior light switches; never found most of the exterior landscaping lighting switches; the new property behind that now blocks two hours of afternoon sunlight.

Quiet and close to the beach, plus the awesome pool. Great house!

I’m not one to complain and have rented many houses from Vrbo but would definitely not recommend this house to anyone. We tried to address with property manager Stetson but he was not helpful. We spent too much money to of had this type of experience. Issues we have had with the house since we got here... -The house was not cleaned. Our feet were black within minutes of walking on it day one. -Dirty rag under the kitchen sink. -extra Blankets in closet smelled horrible. -Several cockroaches. -Not enough trash bags or toilet paper. -Party lights on the patio don’t work. -Loaner Refrigerator too small and new refrigerator never delivered as they said it would be. -The grill was nasty. We had nothing to clean it with. -Sheets in master bedroom were stained. Should have just been replaced. -pool pump broken All was reported to the property manager. I received one follow up call from Stetson. I tried calling and texting him back with no response. Very disappointed!

The home is nicely furnished! The private backyard and pool are beautiful!

House is absolutely beautiful! However, the pool was not warm at all (definitely not 80 degrees as listed) and the bathtub was unusable due to the fact that the water coming out was barely luke warm. Lights on lanai/ patio did not work so it was pitch dark at night. For a luxury house charging premium price these shouldn’t be issues renters run into.

The house is very beautiful and the pool area is excellent, only two things are recommended, fumigate by mosquitoes. and put more lighting outside where the dining room set is. just those details because the house is magnificent and we have a lot of fun. without hesitation, we would return.
