Step outside onto the expansive deck furnished with traditional Pawleys Island rocking chairs. The ground level party area has a full gas grill as well as a burner and pots for an outdoor shrimp, crab or Lowcountry boil. The home has a full SONOS sound system with multiple zones that allows you to control music using your phone inside the house, on the porch and when in the cooking and fireplace area.     Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia. The house is well appointed and the owners clearly have put intentional thought into making the home welcoming and comfortable. The location is isolated enough to enjoy the peacefulness of PI but close enough to restaurants (we really enjoyed Frank's - thank you so much) and other businesses to be convenient. Our experience with Peace Vacations and the owners couldn't have been more positive. The information we received throughout our stay was relevant and timely, and the responses from both were the best we've ever encountered on a vacation trip. We sincerely felt Peace and the owners cared that our vacation was enjoyable - very much appreciated.

    Magnolia is a beautiful and a well constructed home. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfy. The design is perfect. Nothing was left out. So much thought out into this home We use to be a former beach house owner at North Topsail for many years. We miss it but love Pawleys Island We have been coming for 5 years now. We will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

    My husband and I have been coming to Magnolia since 2017. We have enjoyed the beach and the house so much so that we come back every year. It suits our purposes very well. If I had a wish list, I would wish for a king size bed in the master bedroom and perhaps a little updating in the living room. The blue and white striped couch , on this trip, seems to have succumbed to many years of people enjoying it. Pauleys Island is a wonderful place to visit!

    We enjoyed our stay We appreciated the design of the home, and our family settled in there very nicely. The home was reasonably clean given its nature as a rental property. There are a few items that could be addressed to improve the property experience for future clients: 1) there were a large number of small ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. We bought some ant traps, but battled them all week 2) We had hoped to use the grill for a few cookouts during the week. Unfortunately, it was filthy. Whoever last used it never bothered to clean it- nor did the cleaning service. At this point, it would take a lot of effort to return it to a condition I'd consider to be usable. 3) The hammock had a large hole in it… unusable. 4) Some Attention should be paid to the doors on the Marsh cabana. They are falling apart and present an injury hazard from splinters and exposed nails. 5) on our last day a lightbulb fell out of a recessed socket in the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. It will need to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was fine. We especially appreciated the service provided by those who brought the beach furniture ,lifejackets, kayaks, etc., as well as those who did the grocery shopping prior to our arrival.

    The owners of this home thought of everything! I've stayed in a lot of rental places but the attention to detail at this home was unbelievable - amazing smelling hand soaps, beautiful decor, surround sound speakers that go onto the deck and in the grill space downstairs, lights at the grill space, color scheme is so pleasing, access to the beach and creek with a few steps from the front or the back of the house....I'd love to own this home but since I can't, we'll be back!!! Thanks for opening your gorgeous home to us.

    House was great, little maintenance issue at first with breaker out but peace Vacations Quick to repair. Dishwasher didnt seem to be working right- wash cycle never ended! Charcoal grill would have been preferred- no matches or lighter in house to light propane- but We bought some. Super time, lovely home- enjoyed the Sonos. Want to return next year!

    My rating would have been excellent except for one problem - in the past couple of days we've noticed that there is a huge roach problem! And when I say huge I mean numerous and LARGE! My daughter even spotted one crawling across the baby's pack-n-play. NOT GOOD!!!

    Had the best time! Only issue we experienced was related to the refrigerator. The ice maker never made ice, and the freezer didn't maintain its temperature well. We diligently shut the door, but the ice cream wouldn't freeze. Otherwise, loved the location, loved the view, loved the memories! Wish we could stay longer!
