Stayed Mar 16, 2020This was my worst, I’m not the type to complain at all. When we arrived at the home it wasn’t clean at all, the kitchen had left over food inside the refrigerator, the floor hadn’t been swept nor mopped the floor was sticky, the stove didn’t work. The home is three bedrooms only one tv in the living room, when I booked the house it stated the amenities said swimming pool which there wasn’t a pool, but when I messaged the owner he said there was an error in the ad. My family and I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean to house for us to feel comfortable. The linen wasn’t clean the sheets had stains on them, so we wash ALL the linen. There wasn’t any washcloths at all. I messaged the owner to let him know but he wouldn’t respond back, the yard had trash all over it, leftover food was in the sink, the tub and toilet was stopped up. I wouldn’t want what happened to my family and I to happen to anyone on their vacation. We paid over a thousand dollars to stay in this home. PLEASE DON’T ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!! This was our worst, we got NO response from the owner after letting him know what was going on. I even gave him my number to speak with him over the phone. We would have been ok if he wanted to come to the house to see all of the things that was going on in the home but again NO response. I have no problem with giving my name, Barbara! This is a WARNING ⚠️ to save a family from experiencing what we had to experience.
