Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a one car garage and a reserved parking stall.  Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis/Pickleball Court: Tennis/Pickleball Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Colony Villas 304 is located in Building 3 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

    This was a great condo for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had beach accessories for the kids. It was also really nice to have the pool so close! We’d definitely stay here again.

    This unit and property were great! The Hilton pool pass was a nice bonus, but after going once, we didn’t go back. Just too many crying kids for our liking. We preferred the more quiet pool just a few steps away from this unit. Great location. We ended driving all over the island… Hilo, Volcanoes National Park, South Point, Kailua-Kona. We preferred the Waikoloa area the most. The garage helped keep the car cool. The check in and check out process was very easy. The provided cooler, beach chairs, towels, pool noodles, etc were put to very good use and came in handy. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The ONLY issue was the bedroom with the twin beds in the front of the unit didn’t seem to cool down like the rest of the unit did. We kept the blinds shut and the fan blowing, but it was just warmer than elsewhere. I don’t know if anything could or can be done about that. Also, the BBQ grills at the pool were deteriorating and didn’t work that well it took quite a while to grill just a couple hot dogs. But, that’s the overall property and not belonging to this unit individually. Thank you for a lovely unit for our family vacation!

    Great location. Loved pool pass. Floors dirty. I washed the hard floors but carpet very stained and needs cleaning . Made me uncomfortable. Sheets had tears and blankets not adequate. Get lighter bedspreads.

    Had everything we needed for a family beach week, included beach chairs, umbrella, bodyboards. Space was roomy with nice private views onto the golf course. Well located for exploring different beaches each day, also enjoyed the resort pools too.

    Unit was nice, tho we had stayed in another unit in February that was exceptional. Had never stayed in a place where there was no bed skirt on the king bed in the master bedroom. The black metal frame was exposed giving the room an unfinished and unwelcoming appearance. I fashioned a bed skirt for that bed out of white sheets found in the closet. The garage remote did not work but we were able to work around that and chose not to bother management about it. In the kitchen, a dirty looking dish towel was folded for our use and left by the sink with a new sponge. Other than a few small areas that were missed during vacuuming, the unit was clean and we did enjoy our stay.
