Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our extended stay at this beautiful vacation home. It had every amenity you could want...beautiful kitchen, great showers, nice linens, state of the art TVs, game consoles, Sonos, bikes, BBQ, etc....we made good use of them all. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the basement for our use, too. There was plenty of room for everyone, and lots of privacy too! We were able to walk or bike almost everywhere, and there was parking available so we could use the car when we needed too, and not have to worry about finding a spot when we returned. We loved sitting on the upper deck in the evening watching the sunset...one of the best views in town! The owner was sooooo easy to work with, and always available to answer my questions. I would highly recommend it to families or crews in town for a regatta...

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here this past weekend and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the house and how close it was to everything. We walked downtown, went to the wineries, and hung out in this huge home. It was perfect for what we needed it for and look forward to possibly renting it again. The beds very comfortable and there is enough extra blankets and towels that you shouldn't need to bring much.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My friends & I had a great weekend in Newport staying at this beautiful house, we didn't wan't to leave! The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/living/dining room are all so nice and the roof deck is just awesome! The location of the house is great, it is nicely situated between Bellevue and Thames and a short walk to shopping & restaurants. The house is well equipped it has a lot of nice and fun amenities, like wii, apple tv & a jam box. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My girlfriends and I stayed at this property over Columbus Day Weekend 2013. The house was beautiful - top of the line renovations, high tech appliances, open layout, and plenty of space for our large group! The home included everything we needed to enjoy our stay, we can't stop talking about how we want to go back! The deck on the top floor had amazing views of the Newport bridge, although we spent a lot of time viewing the very cool 3D television. We attended Oktoberfest at the Yachting Center, everything in town was just a short walk away. Thanks for a great stay, looking forward to coming back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I had an amazing stay at this home. We loved the proximity to both the Newport mansions and the restaurants and shopping of Thames Street. The house provides bikes so we were able to ride to the beaches! And there is a big public park just down the street (5-min walk) which was a great place for our dog and young nephews to run around in! House was plenty big for us and great for hosting family and friends. One consideration is stairs: the house is spacious but has four levels. Most of living area is on levels 1-3, with an incredible observation deck room on the 4th floor. We did not find the stairs to be an issue, and the views from the observation deck room made it worth it. The room provides water and bridge views-we found ourselves enjoying a glass of wine up there most nights (faces sunset). The leaves were on the trees during our visit but we were told you can see the mansions (The Elms) in the winter. Yard is fenced in which helped with our dog - house is pet friendly. We look forward to coming back!
